Very nice room (we a had a studio, with a living area, a bedroom and a small dressing), excellent breakfast, very nice spa. The hotel is located practically in the forest, the air is very clean, it's quiet and really relaxing. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the different sauna that are available in the spa area. The staff is very well trained and the restaurant has a very good chef. The prices in the restaurant are pretty high, but it's normal, as the quality of the food and the service are very good. Overall we had a great experience.

The remoteness of this accommodation proved to be one of the very best things, despite having preconceptions about it being an issue. The staff were very helpful, with a positive and friendly attitude. All the staff, including the drivers and the spa workers were having a professional and respectful conduct. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with our kids. We had more than enough blankets, pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. The silence was undisturbed and so beneficial for our tired and exhausted urban psyche. The 15 minute car trip through the forest to the slopes was completely fine with us and the best part was that after a tiring skiing session, one of the drivers would have taken us to the accommodations door. The sauna was awesome as was the little spa. We had a dinner at their restaurant, the food was good and the fireplace more than romantic. We brought groceries from the nearby town and cooked most of our meals at the apartment. This is a very practical aspect we are searching for while travelling with our children for more than a day or two. They also had storage for the ski equipment and free parking spots in front of the property.

The self catering accommodation is basic but fit for purpose for if you wanted to prepare a meal in your room. The property seemed to be very clean. The staff didn’t seem to mind us walking to our room in Ski boots. Baggage room was available for late flights post check out. Cheap and cost effective. I would stay again.

A fridge in the room was useful and nice to have a kettle. Luckily we brought our own tea and coffee (though there is nothing to wash the cups up with). This is cute budget accommodation within a comfortable walk to the main resort/night life, yet beautifully quiet. Noticed just the hooting of an owl when we returned late one night. For accommodation so conveniently close to the slopes, and for the price and comfort, I recommend.

It is a gem - great value for my money at the resort like Borovetz. The location is also very good! Quiet and away from the main street of the resort, yet it is quite close to the lifts. The forest is near and also there is a new ECO path (ask at Reception) along a small stream just three minutes walk from the hotel that can bring you to the resort itself.IvanFamily with young children

This was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in at the resort. The apartment was huge! Plenty of cooking facilities although we didn't use them as we prefere to eat out anyway. New spa facilities on site too which was a very welcome surprise. Communication with the host was seamless and he is always on hand. Will definitely be booking again!

Close to the forest, and with nearby eco trail, it was perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were clean and felt luxury and comforting at the same time. Employees are welcoming and always ready to help you out - everyone from the registration, the restaurant, the hygienists. The spa is perfect, has everything needed to get relaxed.
