If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

Close to the beach, restaurant and beach bar on the location. Supermarket very close. Water is cristal clear. You can rent a boat very close. Very nice garden and sunbeds. Big parking at the location.

Very very nice experience. It is almost impossible to find such a high standard hotel in this region. I'm not saying other places are bad. In general, it is an area with average hotels. There are many, many cozy/clean/hospitable places in them, but Ekies is another level. The restaurant Bubo is a place with a very high taste standard. The sea is beautiful. The bar has delicious cocktails. The service team is very friendly. nature is incredible.

Excellent location just in front of the sea, with only a wonderful green yard separating you from one of the best beaches in Halkidiki. With shallow, crystal-clear water, suitable for people of all ages and swimming skills. The owners are wonderful people, very kind, discreet and always open to better accommodate their guests. The room we stayed in (one bedroom apartment with a living and fully equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor) was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Perfect for our family of 3. The large balcony provided shadow from early morning and till late evening, along with a constant breeze and breathtaking view of the sea. Peaceful, comfortable, secure and so much welcoming! This is definitely THE place to spend a vacation by the sea, with the home-like comfort at the same time. A place you don’t want to leave or … leave only to return with any occasion 😊 Thank you so much, Theo and George, and your wonderful family for having us at your beautiful place!

Nice facilities, we travelled with a 3 years old and she enjoyed a lot the kids club. Very good, diverse and tasty food, I highly recommend the restaurant. Very nice private beach, with pebbles but well organized and intimate with such calm water and a splendid view at the sunset.

Stayed at the end of May. Had a wonderful time. Very nice staff, very helpful and took care of us. Especially at the main restaurant. Nice pool, very beautiful beach. Even though it was still cold to swim, we had a nice chilling time there. The food was great, we had breakfast and dinner. Everything was good.
