Good location. Staff arranged pickup from airport. Driver was excellent and on time. Rooms were clean. Safety was important and although there is little luxury, the neighborhood was very safe.

Felt like a resort, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and there was a shopping center across the street which was so easy to get to by walking over the direct street bridge from the hotel to the shopping center.

I skipped the fancy brand name hotels for my short stay at the city, and was not disappointed. At this price, I am not expecting a luxury room, but it was serves it purpose. The room was small, but clean, and well maintained. The breakfast and wifi was good enough. The staff were super friendly, although due to my lack of Spanish, the conversation was via google translate. Its a short taxi ride or long walk to the heart of downtown. No safety concerns.
