I could check in before kl 14, I was offered tea while waiting when my room was prepared. It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful garden and area and hot pools are very special experience. They welcomed me with a fruit dish in the room. Breakfast and dinner were good. They also serve afternoon tea with own made cookies.
