Our stay was wonderful at F-Zeen Hotel, the team and manager were very welcoming and made everything possible to make us feel like Home and enjoy our stay. It's very peaceful to watch the sea every morning directly from the hotel, you can walk along the beach, enjoy the pool, there is lots of space. AND food is SO GOOD!

Exceptional. Hotel is situated right on the beach with fantastic views. Wonderful welcome on arrival and lovely rooms. Whole resort is spotless and everyone very friendly. Food is available at the bar/restaurant and is excellent. Breakfast is alacarte and very good with some good choices. It is located just on the edge of the main resort which is easily walkable via road or beach. The pool is a good size and good for a relaxing swim. Everyone we met was great, helpful and friendly. I have no hesitatation recommending and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful environment and very serene . The entertainment at night was exceptional and very inclusive. Hmmm not so much to say about the spa but the staffs were nice and friendly . The food was great and love the setting of the dining, lots of options to choose from.I wish I stayed longer but will definitely come back

Amazing value for money. Was hesitant to book after reading reviews but decided to give it a go, knowing that some people expect 7* hotel when paying $20 a night. And wasn't disappointed. Main concern we had - food - ended up being GREAT! Many options, different every day, lots of seafood, themed nights. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable nights at Filao Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredible staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the special private dinner they prepared for us. The ambiance was heightened with a beautifully decorated room, adorned with candles, which created a romantic atmosphere that we will cherish forever. What truly stood out during our stay was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of our visit was perfect. The staff assistance, the rooms, the buffet, the entertainment and dance groups, the swimming pool... Everything was perfect, it's looks like a paradise. The rooms are very well equipped, staff are friendly, the place is safe and super clean.

Spectacular resort, stunning views and well equipped beach villa with private pool. It was a really good choice and I am happy I have selected to stay in the resort without any previous recommendations. The resort hasnt fully finished yet but this hasnt impacted our stay at all. Everything was up to perfectness. The food is amazing 5* at Mama Africa restuarant where they host different events daily on dinners with beautifully served and delicious dishes, different options and out of the menu orders can be requested to be prepared by the Chef. Special thanks to the whole team running the restaurant from the Chef to Leo F&B manager, Roman and Sam and all the others that we met and didnt catch their names. Beautiful vibes amzing background local music played delicious recipes and everything just fresh from the sea or their homemade gardens.... We had 5 night stay and honestly haven't got bored to even think of leaving the resort. Anja, Radka and Emmanuel thanks for all the support and quick reposnse in resloving things and providing all the necessity when required. Special thanks aswell to Emmanuel for supporting in all the personal needs when requested helping to rent a vehicle and issuing driving permit etc... So dont worry on anything if planning to travel to Zanzibar and stay at Ycona resort, you will be sorted out with all you need. I would definitely rate it 5+ star and would be my permenant choice selection for all planned future revisits to Zanzibar. Great team, ambiance , views, accommodation. Thanks for the lovely stay and built memory.
