Restaurant wasn’t great. Staff were variable in approach: some were nice others grumpy some plain rude. Quality of meals in restaurant wasn’t anywhere near as good as buffet

Excellent free Leisure pool facilities-though they were unexpectedly closed on New Year’s Eve at lunch time. Free Transfers to La Massana Some staff were excellent-buffet staff were ALL really nice! Reception and sports staff were very nice. Amazing body massages. Buffet food was really nice and good value

Apartment was kinda old and outdated, not a lot of utensils to cook (just the basics) we didn't have hand soap, heating broke down and we had to call reception (they fixed it quite fast though). All parking is now additiional charge (if you nook through booking). In a place where there's almost no physical space to park is not a great move from Anyos.

The spa is great, kids really like it. It was the first time in 4 years we could go due to covid. Staff is very good. The surroundings are gorgeous.

The reception the opposite side of the hotel to our room, 2 elevators and quite the walk to get access. the pool receptionist seems to disappear a lot meaning you have to wait around for your room card to exit the pool as you have to swap them for towels.

Views were amazing, the room was old decor but i like that. A very log cabin sort of look. Pool was included along with hot tub and a good temperature.

The music in the outdoor swimming people is way too loud, it starts at 9:00 and goes on until 10:00 at night, which means you can't even have a nap in the room if it's facing the pool. Sometimes at 20:00, there were no more people in the pool and the music continued. It wouldn't be a problem if it were easy to listen to, but more than 12 hours of club-style music is not for everyone. The car park for guests is a bit pricey, you end up paying 15 euros/day on top of your booking.

The location is great and the facilities (gym, swimming pool, outdoor pool) are fantastic. The gym is very well-equipped and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff was amiable and the food in the restaurant/sports bar was of high quality.

The spa and the Pool were filled with cold water, which was a bit disappointing, taking into account the pictures shown. The fireplace is just for decoration, so no way you can enjoy a glass of wine next to it, this should be captured in the description. WIFI in the rooms is nearly moving, so be prepared to look for roaming or anything else.

Spa and wellness facility was open only till 22:00 which was not mentioned during the room booking. Our check-in was after 21:00 so we had no time to use pre-paid wellness centrum. Extra room fee what we paid for wellness is not refundable. So we have paid for nothing. During the off-season only the main reception at the top of the hill is open and guidance from garages to the reception is non existing. We found just on closed door of the secondary reception and later translated thanks to google translator a note that only main reception is open with not so clear instructions how to get there. The resort looks amazing from outside, rooms are okay, but little bit older inside. Good rooms but not exactly luxurious. I would say good accommodation for families with kids not for honeymoon couples.

Resort consisting of few standalone buildings. Nice view and quiet area. Spacious and clean rooms. Good and powerful heating and hot water. Spa, wellness and breakfast is located in the central building which can take some walk from more remote buildings of the resort. Off season breakfast option was okayish, limited in selection, but chef was able to prepare some hot meals per individual order. Parking is available for 18euro per night

5 plates, 5 glasses, 5 forks, 5 spoons....for 5 people...not a single extra!!!!! bath tub does not work (the rubber lid is missing.....cannot fill the tub) bath is dirty (because of the iron contained in water?) outdated furniture; needs refreshing hotel reception far and not easy to access for immediate need (at first....our room cards did not work, the WIFI passwords either and really it is not close to fix small problems)

I love the pool, cleanliness, staff were super helpful including the ski hire staff. The transfers were great when they ran smoothly but there were times when staff didnt book out slot or my kids had to travel on their own as there was only 1 space available.the transfer drivers were just lovely, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Breakfast was fab. Overall a fantastic hotel. The spa facilities are amazing and a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The views from the pool are just phenomenal

The kitchen is tiny and poorly equipped, the heating in the Roma is out of this world. As a sky Hotel doesn’t really work, no pockets for boards, no heated closets for sky clothes. Parking has to be paid outside of the hotel cost so the discount in booking isn’t real as the real cost at the hotel website includes parking. Staff is decent and respectful but not always helpful.

Clean, great location and the Spa is certainly a great place.
