This suite is not really appropriate for a one night stay. There is too much rigamarole with getting the key at another location. The parking and the suite itself were difficult to find. This partly because the numbering system on the key and the apartment door are a little different. After a long drive one does not want to have to be calling the desk to figure it all out. There are no restaurants within walking distance and no coffee is provided. This would be a great place for a multi-day stay.

The suite was very clean and comfortable with almost everything needed.

The property was relatively new with a great view over the valley. It was comfortably furnished, just a couple of things to note; 1- shower did not work properly, just gushing out water 2 - ironing board but no iron? 3 - some furniture seen better days, settee arm really loose. 4 - only 1 pillow in single rooms, no extras in wardrobe

Location. Despite the booking details saying 150m to the lifts, that was for the reception. The property was about 5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk to the town/lifts

Very spacious, clean and modern. Simply furnished but with all facilities. Excellent view from the private terrace. (Underground car park and ski storage facilities which we did not use as our vehicle was too high being a camper van)

The car park situation is a little complicated if you aren't told what to expect. There are 3 blocks of apartment A, B & C, our apartment was in block A and our parking spot was on level 3. It is not possible to access block A from level 3, only blocks B & C, you have to walk up to level 2 and access the lift there to get to Block A. This was not explained to us at reception and should have been. The car parking is underground and a little hairy, tight turns and narrow aisles, the gap sizes are fine but actually getting into them takes a bit of manoeuvring.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, warm and a good size for two people. We had an outside garden area with views towards the mountains which would be nice in the Summer months. As explained you need a car as it is a driving distance to the ski lift and restaurants in El Tartar. The ski storage room is a bonus and was a good size and everything dried out overnight. Key collection very straightforward from a reception in El Tartar.

the fittings in the apartment are very short. No individual sets for dinig, or tablecloth or... Only cartouche coffe machine. No italian coffe machine. We had already bought a pack of coffee.Very small dishwasher bottle. If you are staying for a week ( most frequent stay ) you need a bit more , and you have to buy a big bottle which you have to leave when leaving. Short in knives. 2 wine glasses.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because someone decided to play with the fire extinguisher and it stayed on for about 45 minutes before security came to turn it off.

The Code/key to access the garage not working during the stay, there were always a few cars waiting to get in, until a car opened up from the inside.

the location was a long way from the main set of buildings which was a pain and necessitated a drive to the slope every morning. kitchen equipment was *extremely* spare and partially broken (bottle opener, cheese grater).

Some parts of the apartment need a little bit of maintenance, e.g door handles, etc. Internet could be a bit faster... it was just enough for remote-working.

Polite service, they allowed us to have our little dog in the apartment, which was nice. Very nice location, 5 mins walk to the lift, underground car park. It was fine for 6 adults. Basic ski room at the car park

Wi-Fi was very slow. Also one should be aware that certain apartments are located not in the place indicated on the map, but in Ransol. It's not very far, but uphill, so you'll need to drive to the ski lifts from there.

The apartments were in a great condition, and design is superb. Bedrooms are well separated from each other, convenient window from the kitchen to the dining area. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. Everything was clean and tidy.
