We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicOur room was booked since Tuesday and because of the floods we only arrived on Friday, they apparently cancelled our room since upon arrival it wasn't ready even though i have sent them multiple updates about arrival time. The room was fully prepaid. Really long waiting times for the elevators. I wouldn't come back

A very good hotel for a family with two children. We used the hotel pool and the nearby beach, which is easy and comfortable to walk to. We appreciated that we could choose food in several restaurants as part of our program. This made our eating during the holiday more interesting. The offer in the hotel restaurant was also varied and tasty.

United KingdomAmwaj suffers from too few lifts (3). If you want to go down at breakfast time, the descent from a high floor can easily take 15 minutes. This is not a fixable problem but is a significant defect.
As a regular visitor to Dubai, this hotel is my go-to address. The best room is worth the extra for the view & balcony. Refurbished rooms are airy and pleasant. Lobby is ok. Did not use the restaurants this time, which are generally middle of the road. Location is the biggest plus, also within a short walk of Blue Waters

KuwaitWell, first of all the delay of delivering the room was annoying. We had to wait like 3 hours to receive our room. If you plan to come to this hotel do not come before 2 pm otherwise you will wait for your room like many people in the lobby. Another thing which is also annoying is the long waiting in the elevators. We waited like 10 minutes or more just to get to the G floor we had to come with alot of people in the elevator in order to go down.
I like the location of the hotel because it's on the end of JBR street so the way in and out is easy. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean and the view was amazing. I would love to thank mr basal for his help regarding the delay of delivering the room he offers us a free dinner which is great.

JordanThe need to make dinner reservations at the hotel restaurants, considering traveling with toddlers, the Japanese restaurant was not easygoing. Also, the portions at the Japanese restaurant were not very satisfying and they did not offer meals for my children because they were sleeping at dinner time though we had to wait more than one hour to return to a table. We did not appreciate their approach to a family with two toddlers. The kids club closes on Mondays.
The location was excellent, the food quality was very good, clean and spacious hotel. The beach is very accessible. Many shops and restaurants are a few steps away.

Had to phone booking.com to get it resolved…the front desk staff were not very accommodating at trying to fix the problem despite me showing my booking confirmation. IraqMy neighbors were laughing so loud late at night. Good for them but messed up my sleep. I couldve called the receiption but was too sleepy.
My room wasnt ready when i arrived after 2 pm (the free upgraded with amazing sea view). So the receptionist I think named Basel gave me a brouchre for a free meal in the very nice Rosso restaunrant and I think that was very nice of the hotel as I was tired and starving.

NetherlandsRestaurant Rosso is really bad. Food and service not up to par compared to the other in-house restaurants. Elevators can take a long time in the morning.
The staff is very friendly, especially towards children. The rooms are spacious and have a nice view, even the ones without so called sea-view. Location is perfect near the beach and the walk with loads of restaurants/shops. Much recommended if you have smaller children.
