Things in the room need maintenance - balcony sliding door was hard to open, toilet seat cover was a terrible one, carpet looked dirty. The worst thing was that we had to wait for the room 50 minutes even though we arrived the hotel 3:45pm.

Personnel were polite and trying their best.

Housekeeping kept forgetting to replace the towels. So I’d get in the shower only to find out I had no towels!

The staff could be more friendly and providing more upfront service. Also the breakfast restaurant is too small when the hotel is busy.

The hotel is becoming a bit tired and needs some love. Toilets have issues, and water pressure/temp is erratic

I think accessories like towels, toiletries etc. provided could be better. Secondly maintenance of taps etc especially in the shower are required.

First of all the Crowne Plaza Staff is exceptionally good. Its always People and their hospitality makes your stay comfortable. Here I would like to mention name of Mr. Anmol and Mr. Zain who are dedicated, having good communication skills, culturally aware and having a positive attitude. Even other staff members doing difference duties in the hotel premises be it concierge, valet, restaurant staff, house keeping, pool staff, beach staff, hard to remember all the names, they all are doing their best to make the stay of the guests comfortable and a pleasant experience. Kudos to all

There was a long que on the breakfast. Although we paid for a room with breakfast, because of the long que, we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, and great view. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Free parking, nice, my family had fun there. It is in Yas means all amusement parks are very close. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was satisfied with everything especially the cleaning/bath essentials provided in the bathroom, i didn't have any breakouts so that is a good point. Over all... i was very satisfied.

the breakfast was surprisingly good... it was a good spread of your simple breakfast to brunch itself. We lingered longer for the 1st time and felt the love from families enjoying the 1st meal of the day. <3

Check in was at 3- but room was not ready until 5:30 long queuing to check in - the process was long. not enough staff members. breakfast area was not so clean. pool area felt outdated

Things to improve. They look sustainable and provide daily water from the filter in their glass bottles, so it as strange to see a plastic glass in the bathroom. They have a shower in the bathtube, so when you take shower and come closer to the shower you may slip, that is a little inconvenient. If you stay farther and make water going farther, it will go down on the floor. (not sure if there is anything can be done) It would be good to have a clock on the shower wall at the pool, so you can check the time while you are in the pool and your phone is away. As hotel is a resort, there are many families with children, the noise coming of corridor sometimes very loud. Same happens during breakfast. If I hadn’t been here with children, I wouldn’t stay here, because of the noise.

Fast check in, good daily cleaning, delicious and with good variety breakfast/dinner, beautiful pools for children and adults.

The reception Ques, my wife is pregnant in the latest months (8 month) and I had to wait like 20 to 30 minutes sitting in the lobby while checking in and taking the Room, there should be one reception like for urgent cases like pregnancy or old people and also for check out, why the customer will stand in the Que for 10 to 15 minutes to check out ( a process will Take 10 seconds). Overall the Hotel was Nice and the staff as well. 👌👌❤️❤️

The smell of the room was like a wet towel , i think that happened because the humidity of the weather.

The location, the breakfast, the reception they were friendly and ready to answer any questions. I bought the tickets for the yas parks online, much cheaper and can be used within14 days from the date you will chose, don't buy the fast tracks online unless you are sure from the date you will use them, or they'll expire. They can be used for the specific date you'd choose. (For only one day , then they'll expire) , Fridays in water park for ladies only! And boys from 7 and under.
