We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is good, and the stuff was nice and helpful .. the swimming pool is big and has small one for kids, the breakfast was ok ( live station omelette was missing).

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast is just standard breakfast, nothing special... the hall way going to room is not clean, you will observed some stain from food and seem it is not being vacuum for long time as you will observed the dust and small pieces of tissues scattered. The property may want to consider using fabric conditioner to towel as it is so hard and smell is not really good. stain is also observed in towel.
I like most is the location and the swimming pool. The location is near to commercial establishment and mall, the pool is big to accommodate the guest and timing is also great from 9:00 am to 9:00 PM. The bed is so comfy and room is clean.

The property can provide what you expect for the value you are paying, it covers the basics and it has a key location.

United States of AmericaWe booked the room for two people, yet we only received one towel... we figured we'd just request a second towel from housekeeping, but each time housekeeping came to clean our room, they only left one towel. Also, the room was too small for two international travelers- if someone was just staying for a weekend and had a small carry-on sized suitcase it would be fine, but because we came from out of the country, we both had large sized "checked" luggage that took up a lot of space in an already small room.
All of the meals I had at the restaurant inside the Novotel lobby were great. The pool area was beautiful and a nice place to relax. The hotel was quiet, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great too- walking distance to malls, restaurants, and other shops.
