We loved our vacation at Khalidiya! Very clean hotel, breakfast was good, the pool very warm, our little girl had a blast. The beach area also nice, fine sand, perfect for the play of little ones. I appreciated that the pool area staff kept an eye on "reserved" sunbeds and removed towels off the unused sunbeds. And we had a nice surprise at the arrival when we got an upgrade to our room!

Everything was wonderful.

The place exceeded our expectations! Besides the excellent facilities, and the really amazing food, it was especially the staff who makes this place almost like you are visiting a family. Everyone is genuinly friendly, super helpful and gives lots of positive vibes! From the house keeping, the room service, the waiters, cooks, the cleaners, the people outside helping with finding a free chair or a taxi, even the technician; everyone made our stay here perfect and we left with a wonderful feeling and lots of authentic smiles and conversations! Special hint: try their babychino for breakfast :)

Reception not at all attentive. Not enough staff. Shower head not fixed in the 3 days, even though repeatedly requested. Rubbish dinner as only 1 cooked vegetation prep. Staff tried to resolve, but poor standard for any vegetarian guests.

In reality .is a perfect hotel for price location . Cleaning pool gym and staff is very friendly . In particular in reception .entsar Fatima in the gym office . Entesar she is very gentle and friendly and helpful. The resturant kammon have a good aria on the beach The staff friendly helpful . In particular mahmmoud . As a vegetarian, sometimes the buffet options were limited and not labelled correctly so we had to ask the chef for alternatives.

The facilities were fantastic and there are lots of extras you get such as day care for your little ones and classes. The room was great and had a view of the palace hotel.

There was no way to find a sunbed free after breakfast, the amount of people with the intent to enjoy the pool is much more than the capacity.

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The “internal” lift that goes with a view of the hotel internally is quite special.

As said above, the staff were really the one point making the stay worthwile. The hard product (Hotel and Facilities) are good but nothing that would plash me away in Abu Dhabi. Clean and well maintained but thats it.

I would love to highlight the soft product so to say - the staff. Always helpful, always attentive, authentic. They really made the stay worthwile and added a differencial. Additionally I believe its a good location. we visited Cafe del Mar, Soul Beach, Saadiyat Beach club, Marina Mall, Hakkasan, The people Palace, Abu Dhabi Mall, Yas Mall, the grande Mosque and aside of Yas Island all were reachable pretty cheap via Careem/Uber.

Weird rule about leaving water bottles behind when leaving the main restaurant. Especially for guests with an all-inclusive package this does not make sense. We had to leave almost full water bottles on the table to be able to leave the restaurant. Waste of water & plastic.

The hotel is preferred mostly by families which was a spot on decision for us. The pool and beach areas are nice and clean. We upgraded for the all-inclusive package to be able to dine at Kamoon restaurant which was quiet during lunch time compared to the main hotel restaurant. My son has multiple allergies. We were therefore worried about finding the right food for him. Luckily, the head chef of Kamoon, Abu Halab, and his team eased our minds by preparing special dishes for him for lunch and dinner. We are very thankful for their considerations and care. Also, the manager at the main restaurant was very helpful. She made sure we get all we need for my son's breakfast (even vegan cheese!). Her team even provided us with the yummy waffle recipe they put together for my son, totally allergen free! Overall, lovely staff and pleasant stay. Thank you.
