It seems that ventilation system couldn't cope with Dubai humidity. I could feel the humidity in the room.

Pool side facilities and services could be more efficient. Also the same for the egg station at breakfast, regularly broke after queueing for 20 minutes.

Kind of limited selection for an international buffet.

Like the flexibility of the check out time and for arranging a small cake for a birthday celebration. Coffee machine provided for the breakfast buffet is great and they make good omelettes

Food. Breakfasts were good, omelettes at omelette stations were super tasty. However, dinners were not that good. Was surprised with additional costs at meat station. Also, once all food was dedicated to Asian cuisine, almost all dishes were unbearably spicy. So the choice range was significantly cut that evening.

some stuff were rude and unprofessional I feel they’re forcing me to give them tips all the time I didn’t feel comfortable. checking was a little annoying. my booking was upgraded version, but they gave me small room later on. They find it out and then upgraded my room… when I pay them money as a tip. Lounge area, low quality very rude stuff. I feel unwelcome. I went there for 3 minutes and then I left and I never back. breakfast section was too small and very crowded. basically you payed for you breakfast but because of so many people went there same time you need to wait 30 minutes to get your breakfast. which I never get my breakfast. Waste of time and money.

Everything was good to very good. There are just minor things that woulkd not stop me from returning though. I've been to the hotel many times now, however there is nothing like "welcome back" or anything of recognition. The replenishment of the room is incomplete at times (No coffee or no shower gel but only shampoo). As mentioned all small things and i will still come back.

The noise of the elevator was very annoying, like an airplane flying close to you. The swimming pool was very crowded and some people were inside with clothing which is not hygienic. Restaurants for the breakfast were very small for the hotel population also the quality and variety of breakfast were not very high.

The hotel room we had was a spacious room with a nice view. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was very high quality and every day. Although Barsha is not the best location for a holiday trip but it was kind of close to Jumeirah and Emirates Mall ( by taxi or car) in walking distance. You may have good restaurants and some place to walk. The hotel has good facilities and you also rent a car inside the hotel.

The cleaning crew was mediocre at best, they kept forgetting stuff the breakfast was really, really bad They can take care of amenities a bit better, but it's tough in this climate as it is always dusty

The room was spacious; the location is okay. They have a nice high-level lounge; the hotel overall is not too dated. Overall, it was an okay spot - I'd give it a 50/50 chance of me staying there again.

Lobby just a bit dated. Other public spaces just a bit ragged around the edge, but likely not noticed without a keen eye for design and maintenance.

On site Indian restaurant cuisine was as good as I’ve had anywhere, at any price. I was “stuck” at the hotel for two days during the 75 year flood. Staff bent over backwards despite challenging circumstances and should be highly commended.

It's my favorite hotel in dubai, the location is perfect where you have a lot of coffee shops and restaurants just walking distance away from the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Spa in the hotel is very good
