I always stay at Movenpick and as usual they are looking after us the service is amazing people so helpful and fast the ice cream taste is fantastic and for the departure I asked for late checking out and Mahmoud went beyond my expectation and gave me more time that helped to have more rest and relax before my flight

The hotel was nice since the arrival with great first impression at the reception with Mahmoud and the taste of ice cream with coffee in lobby lounge was amazing and service in all restaurants super great definitely I’ll come back I do not remember names but everyone went above expectations.

Everything was fine. The hotel is not new but still the infrastructure is acceptable. The entrance is not fantastic but, again, this is a minor flaw.

we ordered Pizza, but it did not good taste.

There was a good spacious room with a good size of balcony. The staff was polite and helpful—nice view from the balcony. The location is perfect for reaching the beach, Ain Dubai by a walk. The pool was good and also kids' pay area was nice to enjoy. The parking staff and reception guys are very cooperative and helpful.

Everything was absolutely amazing, what a great place to spend your vacation in. Food was fantastic: lots of choices: meat, fish, sushi, poke bowl, veggies, deserts (over a 100 I think). The room was clean, spacious, there was a bath and a shower. Great pool. The location is exceptional: 5 mins on foot to the beach, ~25-30 mins by taxi to the mall, Burj Khalifa, downtown, Miracle Gardens, etc. The personnel are all stars: in the restaurant they will do everything possible to please you and help you, will ask you at what time they may clean your room, change your towels at the pool once they get wet, open the front doors for you. The hotel organised a birthday party for my daughter who turned 9: baked a non-dairy cake, decorated the room with a sculpture from the towels, ~20 balloons, a flower, a present (also a present for her little brother who will be sad if he doesn’t receive a gift), a candle for the cake with a 9, boxes of homemade chocolates, a colour book custom made for her (they asked what she likes), all of that free of charge because the hotel management wanted her to have a great day. I couldn’t believe it was possible to care so much about the guests. An enormous thank you Movenpick! You are a star! With best regards, irina

The breakfast actually was a huge disappointment .. I expected a much better quality food and a wider variety.. it does not suite a 5 star hotel breakfast The rooms are a bit small although we had an upgraded room , and cleaning could have been way better.

On the last day, our departure time was early in the morning, so we could not have a breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a take-away breakfast. Unfortunately, they gave us just fee croissants and fruit - no sandwich etc. They also gave us coffee and juices without a lid, so we could not even take it with us to the taxi. In my opinion, this moment should be improved.

I really liked the way staff treated me and my family. The receptionist Oyatullo was very friendly and ready to help. Also, the waiter Thusith was exceptional - he remembered who ordered which coffee/tee on the first day (we were 8 people) and brought the order every day even without reminders. I have never had this experience before!
