I had coffee spilled on the bed sheet for which the hotel charged me which other hotels don't often do

Area near the hotel was under construction and was disappointment.

There was no Breakfast and Restaurant at the Hotel. The hotel has good conditions but with no breakfast. There was a gentleman named Mr. Luqman Khan was really helpful with professional manner in his job as member of staff at the hotel this also applies to other people inside the holet. nice aroma and atmosphere. WELL DONE.

Found hair in the bathroom, the breakfast was disgusting full of oil no options! Very little things displayed. I found a cockroach in my room

For the first time in my life I see a hotel that charges a fee for cleaning towels. Don't be tempted by the low price. They will do everything they can to make you pay when you check out. There are annoying noises and when you book a smoking room they don't bring you an ash tray. It's bad.

They keep you holding / waiting at the check out to inspect the room to see if you steel anything from the room, that is so not professional and embarrassing. They don’t offer any breakfast. How this hotel is rated 4 stars if they don’t even offer breakfast. The water bottle in the room was opened and used.

2* staff in reception. Not very helpful... Full of attitude in special the Chinese lady... the swimming pool is indoor... the hotel was bit far for metro 🚇 20 min walk, for me was very good, to be honest...

There were occasional whiffs of stale cigarette smoke within some of the corridors - I hope that gets sorted as I could see there were efforts being made to that effect.

Nothing after being cheated.

The staff of the hotel at the front desk collected deposits meant to be refunded from myself and my colleague, on the day of our check out they flatly refused to make the refund to us. we could not make issues in a foreign country, we left them in utter disappointment and anger.

This hotel is a bit strange. One of the big big big issue was the smell. Cigarettes! Always, everywhere. Sadly in the room as well :( My wife got a headache at night due to that. We tried to sleep with open window (fortunately weather allowed for some time). Bathroom was clean or it looked like it was wiped. Not complaining really, it was clean... although the interiors looked used and some stains were visible. Like integrated there already, not possible to clean... Like I wrote at the beginning, strange. Since late afternoon, till next day morning there was some dirt in the corridor on our floor leading to the staff elevator. A bit unusual that nobody cleaned it. Not really bothering but again... strange. Some noise from the corridor at night when other guest were opening the door, but manageable to sleep (at least after some party %%% :) Now, this is the most strange thing to me. We took breakfast as the price was attractive. First, it's only till 9am. I was planning to wake up that time at least :( Well, it's only Chinese breakfast. ONLY! Which is not really a bad thing but for us was little bit unusual choice. We actually liked the experience as it was authentic. But my biggest, strangest thing was that there was no coffee.... at all. So if you like to breathe someone else smokey air and feel like a zombie in the morning it might not be actually that bad. Honestly we will look for another choice next time when visiting Dubai

Hotel was conveniently located for us driving from AD. Easy access from the highways and easy parking. Staff is nice and helpful. Bed was OK. We got sanitary kits, electric kettle, and some tea and bottled water. TV was there but we didn't use it. I think these are the only pros, unfortunately. It was my first stay in the Chinese hotel. I guess we got used to a little bit different standard and approach. Nevertheless it was OK just for a very limited time and short night after the party and quick check out.
