To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United Arab Emirates1. Wifi is not working properly. 2. We waited for 3-4 hrs before the room got cleaned on our 2nd day , hence cleaners were ok. 3. Some small debris ( its like a fallen white paints) from ceiling were falling @ living room. 4. Sofa @ living room were itchy ( its like there are some unseen bedbugs) when my brother wake up - he slept @ sofa in living room , he had some rashes ( bedbugs bites) 5. During summer -kindly change the swimming pool timings . please make it earlier as 7am or extend up to 9pm as 9am is already hot outside . When we visited this place way back 2020 , there are still some umbrellas or swimming cover hence the last visit you can stay only for 30mins due to sun exposure. 6. Please put some rags / mop on washrooms as its so slippery specially washroom cannot maintain to be always dry. 7. Bed covers and blankets were not clean. It has some stains.
The room space is good . Staffs were helpful ( receptionist and cleaners). There is a free parking.
