We were looking forward to have breakfast during our stay but we didn't because on the first day while waiting for the room, during breakfast we noticed the cook handling food with his barehand which was very unhygienic and also the staff were looking stressed and frustrated.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was pleasant and a big thank you for the housekeeping staff who organise/decorate our room for our 10th year wedding anniversary and the reception staff for checking on us. Dinner at the Asian restaurants were excellent.

They didn’t have my reservation in my name instead, they had both rooms booked in my children’s name, which was frustrating seeing I made and paid for the booking. They didn’t offer me the discounts booklet for the onsite restaurants etc, I had to ask for it which was disappointing.

It was just a little dated. I don't really have much to say - it was clean and comfortable.

It was only a night stay to explore that side of Dubai. It was convenient to take an Abra over to Old Dubai and explore the souks. The area isn't for everyone's tastes or expectations of Dubai but it's always fun to explore in my opinion - especially when the weather is nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable but dated.

Great location if you need to be close to the airport and executive rooms get free airport transfers. Lovely staff and breakfast is great! Rooms are a good size and the housekeeping team went above and beyond (thanks so much Mahesh & Sajid). Concierge very helpful and were always there to support. Gym is great but doesn’t open until 7am which is a shame for early birds. Would happily return.

We’ve booked twin bed room and they couldn’t give that kind so we got king bed room. I think that’s can not be a 5 star hotel standard.

Although the shower in the hotel was great but the water pressure in the Shattaf (Toilet bidet) is disappointing and very weak, other than that all is good.

The bed was very comfortable, the cleanness and the view was 10/10.

Cleaning of the room was taking too long. After leaving the room early morning when I come at around 12 noon I could still find the room not done.

I didn't get the walk-in shower I had asked for though I may have compromised that request by also asking for a Creek view. However, I managed this time and it did not affect my overall satisfaction with the stay.

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel, usually solo, which is an indication of how comfortable I feel. The staff are quite exceptional, Muzaffar in the Front Office was particularly helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, the choice of restaurants was varied with friendly and efficient staff. The hotel has an unusually homely feel about it, and it seemed to affect the guests who themselves were generally the most friendly I have come across.

The room that we had was next to a generator which didn't worry us too much but if you sat out on the balcony it was very loud.

The staff is amazing and very very helpful, a huge shout out to Pallav who was very accommodating to our group. The views are beautiful of the creek and you are a short walk away from Union Station metro.

The inconsistency in customer service. The staff at breakfast (rude) must take note from housekeeping staff about how to interact with guests.

For a city break - this is in a good location. Housekeeping staff are exceptional - special mention to Minhaz. Also, the coffee shop and the staff that run it are great

They send you a pre-check in form and then check in took a long time anyway as passports had to be photocopied anyway. Free shuttle to Dubai Mall only runs twice a day.

Great location near the airport and metro, perfect for late night arrivals. Nice views on the creek. Comfy bed and high Radisson standards. Good breakfast.

I requested to make egg benedict but didnt meet my expectations instead it became cheesy bland taste. But maybe the chef has has limited ingredients. But still thanks for still serving.
