Room service is very slow. They should provide at least a sofa cum bed as its an apartment ( I preferred it over other places like only rooms option) and I was booking for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had to adjust all on one bed.

The location is very good. Breakfast was satisfactory with a limited variety of food. Room size is good with all facilities for longer stay provided including kitchen and washing machine.

No mirror in common Toilet & bathroom, slippery floors, no mats outside washrooms, utensil cleaning not attended inspite of calling for it. Wooden bed making sounds, needs to be taken care

Furniture outdated needs updating also kitchen in poor condition. Swimming pool was small.

Clean and spacious studio apartment, 15 minutes walk from metro station. Super market was available on the ground floor.

the lady at the reception was not welcoming or helpful when i had a concern, she has an attitude.

the Indian Manager was very welcoming and helpful, the wifi connection is great too

i didn't like the breakfast. Then the other thing is when booking i requested if i can be helped since i was told that my room would be ready at 14hrs, but my arrival time was 05 in the morning, the response to my request was that they would help me with accommodation as i wait for my check-in time at NO cost, to my surprise when i arrived i was meant to pay a top up amount for me to be given the room, i paid because i had no choice for i was tired. Next time please don't promise to help if you know you will ask for a top up.

The location was ok because it was near the conference venue One thing i didn't like was breakfast, despite paying for breakfast i didn't enjoy it, that is the reason why i just went to eat breakfast once and i didn't go back until i came back.

Some of the electrical sockets were not working properly. The TV would not connect to the internet and the available channels were grainy. Negligible requirements unless you it to be working.

The location had easy access to most of the city locations. A corner location so getting a taxi can be a bit troubling sometimes. Overall a good selection in the area.

The AC at the hotel is not at all good. The AC does'nt function properly. Its very very annoying.

The location is almost in the middle of the prime area it's near to metro stations and shopping, clubbing and restaurants.

The furniture , especially in the drawing room was very old and hence inconvenient to spend family time. Also the pots and pans in the kitchen are old and very used, so they should be replaced in my opinion.

The hotel is very good and the location is fantastic. The convenience store below the apartment hotel is truly beneficial to tourists. Staff is friendly and warm. The size of the apartment allocated to us was really impressive. It offered all the comforts of being at home.

Huge room and the location is fantastc, you are in the heart of the city and easy access to everyting. For sure it is a value for your money.

Great hotel. The room are nice. The only thing I noticed people in reception are not approachable, they don't smile. They don't great you. The lady and the man upon check in the afternoon shift are having poker face, there's no greeting at all, they don't talk. Also bellman will look at you and not offer any help. I feel not welcome. Staff should smile and talk to their guest regardless how they look like, how they dress and no matter nationality they are.. A basic greeting like "welcome" "goodmorning" and "enjoy your stay" should be practice in this hotel. But over all I really like the room. I will be back because of the room and kudos to housekeeping whos very helpful and very charming. Forgot their names but thanks for helping.
