This was by far the most well-located, well-maintained and most wonderful place we've ever been to. Ibrahim was a good host, he even fulfilled custom wishes and everything was properly put in place. There's a pool with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa until 22:00. Use it every night, don't be shy! We only used it in the last evening but we're deeply sorry for that, the experience is amazing!

The quality of the water is the only unpleasant moment. There is a bathtub, but the water was yellow, so we preferred to take a shower.

The location of our apartment was right in front of the fountains and Burj Khalifa. Every night, we had a great show ! It was an amazing experience. It is worth paying for an apartment with a fontains view. All staff was very polite and helpful. The apartment is not new but very well maintained. Kids liked the bunk bed. Everyone enjoyed this stay.

Totally nitpicking but the shower head could be a bit further from the wall. I kept bumping into the water knobs.

What a gem of an apartment!! It’s located right above Souk Al Bahar, a 2-storey mall with lots of shops, a grocery store and restaurants. To get to Dubai Mall, you just go right across the Dubai Fountain, around which there are lots of restaurants, viewing areas (our kids thoroughly enjoyed riding on the lit-up cars there at night) and a children’s playground tucked away on one side. Ibrahim was very helpful (he helped us book a taxi for our 6.30 am airport pickup) and was very responsive on Whatsapp. The garden & pool were lovely (with a partial view of Burj Khalifa!), the apartment has all the amenities you need to prepare meals and do laundry, and ours came with a massive balcony overlooking a small fountain / water feature.

Ibrahim was a very good host. Everything was explained well and any questions we had during the stay were answered promptly. We were given a lot of useful information and good advice about where to go and how to get about etc. housekeeping was done at whatever time requested. The apartment was very nice and had everything you would have at home. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer. Ibrahim was very hospitable and was kind enough to arrange a GMC for us back to the airport at the end of our stay, as there were 7 of us, and we needed to leave at 4.00am. He not only arranged it, but also paid for which was a very kind and generous gesture, and shows what a genuine host he was. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay

the location of the property was perfect , right in front of the dancing fountains Dubai mall. a pretty play area for the kids. restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance , Ibrahim and Charlie were really helpful. well equipped apartment.

Very cosy and the location is just absolutely perfect. There is so many restaurants, a supermarket, shops, and a pharmacy just under the apartment. Raaheed was a great help. The view of the fountain is breathtaking.

This is an amazing apartment with a huge terrace. The owner Ibrahim is available through WhatsApp for anything you need. The helper Rasheed is a very nice person and is doing every single thing you ask to him. Very helpful for the luggage and finding out a car for the check out. And Charlie, she is a lovely lady working for Ibrahim for a long time and is in charge of doing the check in. she is also available if needed. The apartment is located really next to Dubai Mall in the Souq Al Bahar. The pool is just on few steps from the apartment. Everything is available in the flat. Starting from tissues to towels, water, coffee etc. The amazing thing in the apartment is the room and triple bed in the living room separated by partition… well go there and you I’ll be amazed. Thanks again to Ibrahim, Rasheed and Charlie.

If you are looking for a self service apartment for a family of five and within a walking distance to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa (2 minute walk) then I recommend this apartment. The hosts were great and helpful at reception and checkout, and ready to help out with anything. They also provide housekeeping everyday.

I really cannot fault this lovely place.

The apartment was gorgeous and so spacious for my family of 6. It had a washing machine which was so convenient for us all. The host topped up water bottles for us daily and cleaned the apartment while we were out. Tea and coffee sachets were also provided. They provided us with a mattress free of charge in the event that we needed it. There was a lot of sun that came through our windows and a balcony to chill at outside the living room. The main entrance was right next to the Souk Al Bahar - it also connects to the Dubai Mall. There's a grocery store and pharmacy at the souk and best of all, they close quite late so they were extremely convenient when making last minute ad hoc purchases. The apartment was walking distance to many places really but it wasn't hard at all to call for a taxi either in the basement of at the main lobby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this apartment, will be coming back to this specific place in the future.

I couldn’t think of anything to complain except for the issues of some minor smell which I think is due to the old musky cupboards and wardrobe. It is common in a lot of apartments and not a deal breaker for us.

Amazing location to Dubai Mall, restaurants in the area and the fountain, everything is at our doorstep. The staff that checked us in were very helpful and the unit had everything we need and more. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster oven and capsule coffee machine. Also, all questions and messages were answered clearly by Ibrahim and the team without any delay before our arrival and during our stay.
