Very central location, just next to the DIFC and near the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Hit room floor was carpet, which I don’t prefer, but looked clean. Also missing socks next to the beds.

Very well located, right next to metro station and restaurants, near to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Good breakfast, nice view at the swimming pool and big gym. Staff very nice and helpful.

No mirrors to dress up in the room - the mirror could be adjacent to the wall with the TV

The breakfast could be better and have more variety - its the same location and offered the same stuff even 10 years back

The hotel rooms were a little bit old, a feeling that they are little bit from the 80s.

Very good Lounge, food was very good as well. Top location near Metro, lot of restaurants available as well and the hotel on the restaurant was very good as well.

The carpets that is everywhere. It gives the hotel an out of date look.

Breakfast was very good and staff is friendly. The pool facilities was of good quality, just a bit small for the amount of guest that were there. The pool side bar had great service.

Breakfast area was very crowded. You need to stand in a queue for 20-30 min to get into the breakfast area. And then another 20 min to get an omlette.

Very honestly everything was just perfect !

Check in was fast and easy staff helpful and very professional room was very comfortable and extra clean location was excellent and close to the center and downtown. I had a very nice breakfast into the room and staff were very helpful at check out with the taxi and all. I will definitely go back whenever I travel to Dubai!

Breakfast experience horrendous. Long wait to get into room and get a table. Stressful experience. Too crowded. Bumping into people all the time. Didn’t even queue for omelettes and eggs as too long a way. Never been in a hotel in all my life where getting a lift was so stressful. Stopped at virtually every floor from 23rd floor down. No idea why the hotel felt like this

There was always a line at breakfast time. The food was very good but the breakfast area seems to be badly displayed. The flow doesn't work very well. I think you need a bigger space for the number of guests you have in the hotel. We ate and ran because we saw that the was people waiting for their turn, The rooms are confortable but have dark colors. Probably time for a renovation. Out with the carpet.

The location is very good. Near the metro station (3 minutes walk) and the Future Museum (12 minutes walk). There is supermarket and pharmacy near buy. The staff is very efficient and polite. Very clean and the food at breakfast was very good.

-Breakfast restaurant is too small relevant to the number of hotel guests, if you are late till 8.30 am , maybe you have to wait for 15-20 minutes in the queue. The person in charge receiving the guest in front of restaurant is not friendly at all, treating guests in a rude way, if you are single she will push you to sit on the bar to take your breakfast!!! - elevators are too little and slow Always crowder, maybe you spent 10-15 minutes to get down - Reception is too small , maybe you cannot find a place to stay
