If host can offer one more blanket for sofa bed for two people ,it would be perfect.

Host responded quickly.This room use electronic lock which doesn't need a key to open the door .Very good Location.Food ordered on app delivered to door.There is a small shop in the community so you don't even need to go out for shopping .

The place is close to the airport, so planes make it a bit noisy at night. I would have appreciated complimentary drinking water bottles, some tea and coffee .

The apartment was spotless. No need to meet and greet, arrive at any time. The host just provides a code to let you in the apartment, so as for checking out. The location is just perfect, 500 m from sea world , 5 min from Yas mall. Mini Carrfure with couple of restaurants around it.

no cleaning service during your stay, some amenities in the complex are closed/broken (one multicourt has no basketball rims)

Can’t fault anything was perfect

Wow the property was so easy to find, Parking provided, and so clean as soon as you enter. Fully loaded, clean bedding, sofa bed. Bed was super comfortable and pillow were perfect. Extra pillow and duvet was provided for the sofa bed. All amenities were provided and good quality too. Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash were really nice. Ironing equipment. Washing machine with product really to use. I really can fault anything. I’m just amazed it was all there like you would invite a guest into your home. Was contacted the night before with details to get there and key information and a curtesy message and call to see if everything was ok.

My stay at the apartment on Yas Island was fantastic. The location is ideal for theme park enthusiasts, and the apartment had a full kitchen, was spotlessly clean, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. The community's amenities, including a swimming pool and nearby Carrefour store, added to the convenience. Notably, the host provided superb support throughout my stay, making it a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this vibrant area.

The comforter in sofa bed has blood stain. I preferred not using it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my one-night stay at this apartment. The apartment was not only beautifully furnished but also impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs. It was perfect

The property is at prime location in Yas island. Everything is very close to the location and you can explore the attractions and cafes without wasting any commute time. It was very clean and spacious , everything looked brand new and is very well managed. The staff is also very polite and recommended us some very nice places around the area. Also , the place has a nice swimming pool and kids play area to let off some heat. Overall a very good experience.

The only downside was the room was too cold for us when we arrived. Turned off the AC as soon as we arrived but it didnt warmed up till morning. Still not a major issue, but if you have small kids good to have some warm clothes with you.

The location is perfect, close to the parks. There is a community retail center with carrefour, pharmacy and a nice cafe, all of which we used. Property was clean, furniture in good shape and everything neat. The kids used the sofa bed and they said it was comfy.
