Quite noisy, with a lot of rooms on top of one another. The bed was also extremely soft, making it an uncomfortable sleep.

An ample sized room with good facilities. Reasonably well located, within walking distance of central St John's. Staff were very friendly, allowing us to store our cases on our final day prior to our flight and then organising a taxi to the airport for us.

Location. Although, it’s only a 5 mins taxi to the beach.

We only stayed for a night but the room was perfect for what we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly even when I had to request another bed.

Nothing bad to say , property is good

Property was clean , the room we stayed in was clean as well . The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly . The location was ideal for me as it was close to everything I needed. The price was reasonable if your not looking to break the bank on a few nights stay

Nothing to complain about.

Check-in was easy and the reception staff were always friendly. The bedroom was small, with little room to store luggage. But the beds and air conditioning were both good. The shower, toilet, bathroom area was also good. The living area was functional with a good fridge and microwave. A kettle, oven and cooking utensils were available. An excellent take away food place was right next door. Also a good shop (small supermarket) within 20 metres. Another supermarket/bakery was within 100 metres. No problems with noise. In general, a safe and comfortable place to stay.

Bed was uncomfortable. Had twin beds and both were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable Shower tap was broken and corroded. Needed to be replaced - unsafe. No kitchen cloths or pot holders. All pots have metal handles and there is a gas stove. Had to use a face cloth to safely lift pots off the stove. No welcome booklet for guests with instructions for example, on how to access the cable television stations, et al. No emergency information on egress and assembly points in case of an emergency Door lock - flimsy. ( 2 locks) No list of important numbers including front desk. No tourism literature on local places of interest or map of St John's available in room. No literature on other features and services offered on site No fire extinguisher Full payment before I had completed my stay. No card transaction hold until stay completed. Taxi charges not regulated. Charges/distance appear random and at the whim of the driver. Told conflicting information by staff and driver. This was not the situation during the pandemic when there was more order, transparency and acceptable taxi cost/distance structure in place.

Accomodation : very spacious and clean Appliances were in very good condition and clean. Right amount of cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery and pots. Staff were friendly, focused and attentive to each guest Prompt service regarding taxi access which was appreciated.

Booking.com provided my credit card information UNSECURED AND DIRECTLY to the hotel. Was surprised to learn Booking.com supplies unsecured card info and does not broker the credit card transaction for the hotel. By coincidence, my travel card (which had not been used in 8 mo) was then used to charge fraudulent purchases and had to be cancelled and reissued.

Street and vacant lot parking available. Laundry room on site $13 EC / load. Coinvent location if exploring the island by car. Good WiFi (Miami IP address, able to stream Netflix). Full size refrigerator, adequate kitchen. Air-conditioning only in bedroom but comfortable. US-style power plugs.

Connies is within walking distance of the center ... it took about 20 minutes. There are a couple of small shops nearby, plus a very good fish restaurant called Papa Zouk about 10 minutes walk away (reservations recommended).

We had a large, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom, with good shower. Staff were helpful. Checkout at midday was good for our afternoon flight.

I didn't like that my stay had to be so short. Ps. Will stay there again.

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and the staff was very understanding. Check in process was smooth. Very peaceful area. I must say the room and entire property it self was clean. There was a swing bench at the entrance with is perfect for cute insta photos.

The place is located in the suburbs of St John, with no tourist facilities. The beach is a 3km walk.

Close to the capital Saint John, next to a small and convenient grocery store. And the staff was wonderfully helpful and supportive.
