NetherlandsTo Albanian standards the bathroom is small and the shower is located within the same space as the toilet without a screen. This causes that the bathroom is completely wet after showering.
The location is amazing with beautiful views and a great swimming pool. The ability to eat at the location is great. Parking is easy at the location and the host is kind.

BelgiumThe owner shouted at my children because they took white towels from our bathroom to the pool area. He was mad at my children for this and shouted "you don't do this, this is crazy!". We totally didn't understand the problem. There were no separate towels provided at the pool so obviously we took the towels from our room. They need to be washed after use anyway, right? Further, the very young helpers in the bar didn't speak any English or they didn't dare to speak it. We were served pretty much in silence, which made a weird atmosphere.
Location, swimming pool and room. The room can be made completely dark to sleep, which we appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Itaka hotel. There is something special about a family owned hotel and the care and pride that goes into running it. The facilities were well taken care of, the staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfasts were delicious and the pool was lovely. Our room, while simple in decor, had a hairdryer and fridge, but was set it apart was the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. It was convenient (and delicious) to have a restaurant serving dinner on site. We’d happily return.

Amazing view and panorama. In this hotel you can really enjoy the sunset from the room or from the swimming pool and restaurant terrace. The property has a very nice bar to relax at the bar. The staff and owner of the Itaka are exceptionally kind. Their hospitality was incredible. The room was really clean at our arrival.

TurkeyThe place is beautiful! The room was not so great but the setting of the restaurant and pool more than make up for it. Breakfast is an epic buffet and the owners are really sweet. Right off the main road- if you have a car it is a great location (by public transport not so much). You can also hike/drive down to the beaches below which are nice (and not nearly as crowded as Saranda/ksamil!).

AustriaI did not like the road that connected the hotel with the village. it was short, around 50 or 100 meters but it wasn’t paved.
The hotel is located in the village of Lukova and is 10 minutes drive from the beach by car. The restaurant has a fantastic view of the sea and the forest of Lukova. I ate there every night and the food was fantastic. The people who worked and ran the Hotel were very polite and willing to help with anything. I would definitely visit this place again

United KingdomI recently stayed at Itaka Hotel in Lukove and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The owner and staff seemed perpetually unhappy, never offering a smile, a greeting, or even a simple "hello." This lack of basic hospitality made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. Mornings were no better, as the staff barely managed a "good morning" and showed no interest in ensuring that guests were comfortable or satisfied. The breakfast provided was extremely basic, lacking variety and quality. It felt like an afterthought rather than a thoughtful part of the guest experience. Overall, I did not feel welcomed at Itaka Hotel. The cold, indifferent attitude of the owner and staff, combined with the subpar amenities, left me regretting my choice to stay there. I can not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
