Staff accept Euros at check-in but charges your credit card in Albanian Lek, and than count much more in Euro than the bank exchange rate is (ie. 1 Euro -110 Lek). So you pay more than your Booking bill was. Otherwise, if you pay lunch in the same object (in a restaurant), with Euro, they count Euro much less (1 Euro -95 Lek), so, once again, you loose. If you complain, they do not care. Staff who are serving breakfast and dinner are not so polite.

Very friendly staff eager to help. The owner was a doctor and provided very good advice and even medicine when our family members were sick - makes you feel like at home. Clean room and beautiful view. Good excursion programs which we participated several of them during our stay. Directly on the beach with shallow water for about 50 meters - excellent for the kids. We had lunch nearly every in the hotel restaurant except on excursion - checked other restaurants close by and ended up in the hotel restaurant

MontenegroParking lot was horrible. When we arrived it was already full and every car was blocked from another. The person who welcomed us asked us to give them the keys of our car bit we refused out of personal reasons and that’s when the person in charge started being disrespectful to us. The moment we entered our room she came knocking really hard at the door and didn’t even ask us if we could move our car but gave us an order to do it.
The beach was very close to the hotel and there were always people cleaning up after everyone left the beach. Rooms got cleaned everyday and we also got fresh towels. Food was okay but often they cooked the same things every evening and had not much ‘choice’. The boss of the hotel was really very kind and welcoming :)

I have never seen so many disgusting things at sea. the seaweed that was washed out by the sea stood in the sun and stank terribly all day. they were not cleaned. you could dig cigarette butts, plastic, napkins out of the sand... incredibly dirty sea and sand near the sea.
the hotel was clean, the employees were friendly. the food is bad and very cheap.

North MacedoniaIt is evident that the hotel has capacity and its policy is that hygiene is at a high level, but the sheets and towels were not satisfactorily clean. Bearing in mind that tastes are not discussed with reserve, I can say that for us the food had quantity but hardly average quality. The sunbeds on the beach were in poor condition.
The hotel is right on the beach. The owner is too nice and cares about the guests and their needs. The utensils in the restaurant are impeccably clean. The beach is cleaned every day. The rooms are solidly furnished and decently large. The sunset is beautiful. The endlessly long sandy beach with fun waves and the gentle breeze will recharge your batteries.

PolandBreakfast with no fruit available. There isn’t a “Do not Disturb” sign to put on the door handle and the cleaning ladies entered in the room a lot of times while we were inside.
Everything I can say about the staff is not enough to describe how helpful and exceptional they were with us. All the service was fantastic. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach with a sun lounger. Super comfortable rooms. The owner is the most helpful person ever, she did everything she could to make us happier during our stay.

Great location, right at the beach with their private area with loads of sunbeds with no extra charge. The internet connection reached all the way to the sea. Good buffet breakfast and dinner included. Friendly staff. We got a spacy room with a balcony with a sea view.

The dining area overlooking the private beach that belongs to the hotel - all provide an extraordinary experience. The rooms and everything pristinely clean. The most comfortable mattresses. And the food is exquisite. The grilled seafood mix lifted me to the 7th palate heaven. We decided to stay longer than planned.

The location is right at the beach! For a 3 star hotel the facilities are perfect. It is a fammily run hotel and owners are kind and ready to help you in any case. For expl. My fob car key run out of batteries and the got a new one for me, that was a great help for me. Since i was with kids they upgraded my room to suite without additional charge or request! There is a parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and we did really enjoy it. First time in Albania to have a high pressure shower and did not have to swim in it 🙂.

SlovakiaNever again this hotel! It's a shame that I made up my mind about the country and its people based on my opinion of this hotel and its employees. 1. Poor diet - poor choice of food, the same every day, no imagination. If I had known in advance what the food was like in this hotel, I would not have pre-paid for it at all. When the glasses ran out and you didn't even have anything to get water in, I asked the waiter to bring the glasses. He brought 10 plastic disposable cups. Apparently they only have one dishwasher. The buffet tables were empty, they didn't have time to replenish them, the waiting times for food delivery were very long. 2. The hotel parking lot was not enough for cars. Cars were blocking each other. Or you had your car blocked and couldn't get out, or you had to repark your car every day as needed so that another vehicle could get out of the parking lot. Hotel operators are probably without or with little experience. They had chaos in the organization, they never knew which vehicle belonged to which room. 3. Be careful not to pay for the hotel by card directly at the reception! They will use a 10% worse exchange rate than anywhere else in the bank or in the exchange office! Better to exchange money at a nearby exchange office and bring them cash. 4. The hotel is between a busy 6-lane highway and near a noisy discotheque. 5. One of the few accommodation facilities that do not have sun shades from the outside, but curtains inside the rooms. This means that the rooms overheat and you cannot stay in the room without the air conditioning on. 6. Employees are probably in the nature of deceiving you with a smile. Several times I inquired in advance whether it was possible to receive breakfast earlier - as a package. We had pre-paid meals and planned to leave the hotel earlier. The receptionist repeatedly promised to prepare a breakfast package for our room, but did not prepare anything.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, regular cleaning and changing of towels. They also changed the towels unnecessarily, even though it was not necessary every day. There were plenty of sunbeds on the hotel beach. Although they were old, they were free of charge. Wifi at the hotel was free but congested and very unstable.

GermanyI didn't even try to settle this matter with the staff since we only planned to stay there for one day: The room was awful. It stank out of the siphons in the bathroom and there was black mold all over the shower. We could have discussed this with the stuff but that's the room we got and this is the review you get. It was nothing that came over night. I'm sure they are giving this room to the next one, who is not complaining, today. That I let them make me pay in Leke by their exchange rate of 125:1 is on me I guess. Now that I've been there I believe many of the other people's reviews are true.
It's in short distance to the beach. If you are into that kind of holiday switching from the beach to the hotel and back, it's a plus i think.
