Cozy hotel, with a nice garden in a very central area. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Simple, but very good breakfast. Private parking definitely a plus! Recommended!

The staff could be a little more motivated and friendly but check-in went smoothly. The room could also use a little more love in terms of furnishings and details.

Spacious and comfortable room (except for the bathroom, it's really small), everything was clean. Lovely garden, breakfast was really good (the only time in Albania I had buffet) Free private parking space also included!

Excellent service. I really felt cared for and so at home. I stayed at Rose Garden on 3 occasions and I'd go back. Room was comfy with a small fridge. Included breakfast was delicious and generous. I could park on site and the location was peaceful and convenient, within easy walking distance of the pedestrian street and many restaurants. The staff helped me get organised when I was running late and totally sleep deprived (my own doing due to last minute planning...bed was comfy!), so I made it to the airport for my flight.

We loved Rose garden so much that we decided to extend our stay there. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was really clean and comfy. Best place in Shkoder!

They said there were free bikes to use, but we learnt that this was out of date information. They gave us information on where to go to rent them.

The only negative note would be that the air conditioner was small and couldn't cover the big room so it wasn't as warm as I would have liked it.

I liked the fact that the room was big. The hotel also had free parking. Breakfast was included but we didn't attend it because we were in a hurry. The room had a bath as well, I was happy about that. The price was very reasonable, I loved that, and I also left a tip.

I loved my comfy, spacious room, good breakfasts and the relaxing peaceful location. Most of all I enjoyed my time at Rose Garden because of the staff. I felt at home, safe and cared for. Everyone was friendly and warm and went above to help me in any way they could. This was my third stay and I'll be back. Thank you!

Very nice hotel - spacious rooms - good bed. Lovely garden/terrace in the back even though we did not use the restaurant in evening The hotel did an excellent job in booking our tickets to Valbone and Theth with minibuses and ferry- very easy We loved Shkoder - probably our favorite city in Albania - hotel very walkable to center Hotel even washed some of our clothes - very nice of them as this is not a typical service.

Our stay in Rose Garden Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. Nice clean rooms, decent breakfast, easy walk to city centre. All staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Alsint, Claudiana, and Alina. We could get lots of information about local attractions and restaurants in English, and Alsint was kind enough to arrange cars for us to travel to Theth and local attractions. Fantastic staff !

Such a helpful front desk. They helped us book transportation all around, stored our luggage and packed us breakfast to go. Very helpful if you’re doing the Theth to Valbone hike or vice versa. Excellent location as well.

The hotel was better than I expected. We were able to park and leave our car while we were on a day trip after checking out. The girl on reception was extremely helpful and gave us a map highlighting local things we were looking for. It's very close to the main pedestrian street which is full of restaurants, bars and shops, etc. Breakfast was nice. We only stayed one night to use as a base for Shala River tour but wish we'd stayed another night or two.

We loved our stay here! The staff were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee was excellent, perfect espressos! Rooms spacious and comfortable, very clean, modern bathroom with a great shower, very good air-conditioning which saved us in the 38 degree heat. We stayed here twice, both before and after our Valbone to Theth hike, we were able to leave our heavy luggage here while we did the walk, which was much appreciated. Both stays were perfect. Thank you very much for for the kind hospitality 😊
