Car is convenient to have (5 min max to beaches and restaurants), but you can walk towards the beaches if you don't have a car.

We booked last minute the night before our arrival because our other apartment was double booked. And are we happy they did and we got to stay here. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The view is absolutely amazing and the apartment was big and clean, just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and to our surprise we even had 2 balconies, so we had sun the entire day :) The hosts are such lovely people, always checking if there's anything else we need and they even brought us some homemade breakfast the second morning! Thanks again for making our time in Dhërmi great!

Aircon only in the living room, takes a while to cook down the bed room. But if you don’t catch a terrible heat wave no problem.

everything was perfect

The property was very clean and in a very suitable location. Had all the facilities needed and with amazing views of the sea (and sunset). The landlady in particular was the sweetest and she even brought us traditional petulla for breakfast one morning.

Unfortunately the bathroom is way too small and it's almost impossible to take a proper shower because there's no curtains so you will end up making everything wet! Also the price is quite high for the area.

The view from the balcony is amazing! Also the location is nit bad, it has it's own parking spots and the house is really good kept. Owners very friendly.

We really liked the apartment, it had everything we needed, the view from the balcony was amazing and some calm and beautiful beaches could be easily reached by foot. Also a small market was just some steps from the apartment. The communication with the landlord was super easy, friendly and he replied very fast. Also he took care of us and was very helpful. Highly recommend it!

It was very difficult to check-in. The front gate was locked, and there were no instructions on how to enter the property.

The location was great, with a lovely balcony view over the coastline. It was a short walk downhill to the beach, and a small mini-mart was 100 feet away. Very convenient

I would recommend adding a few small details to increase the quality and match the price, such as the curtain in the bathroom, soap in the bathroom, etc.

Excellent view from the balcony; really beautiful sunsets without noise. Good location: close to various beaches. At the same time, not too close to the more crowded and more noisy areas. Staff was nice and helpful, making us feeling comfortable during our stay. Kitchen well equipped allowing to actually make meals. In general, a comfortable place for a family stay.

Amazing views, fully stocked space with everything you need, super hospitable hosts (met/checked me in late, provided me directions and recommendations for everything. In the morning, one of the team came to my room with freshly made Albanian breakfast treats! Also I picked this villa because I saw they had laundry facilities and they did it for me! I gave them my clothes in the morning and came back to a basket of clean clothes in the evening after the beach 💚)

Very nice view, clean rooms, nice hosts. 15 minutes to the beach (the cleanest in the area). There is a market 10 metres from the apartments. They cleaned our room every 2 days and even brought us food. Me and my friends loved it there.

We had a great time during our stay at Dhermi. We found the villa easily. We were welcomed by the owner who is very helpful. The apartment is spacious and has comfortable furnitures. The kitchen is well equiped. We had two balconies with the sea view and had the chance to enjoy the breakfast with an amazing view. It is worth it because with a little bit of effort you can reach beautiful beaches like Komiteti, Morina, Sanur ect(about 15-20 minutes on foot) or by taxi (the owner found the taxi driver for us). During the last day of the vacation, the owner held our luggage even after the checkout, giving us the chance to enjoy an extra day at the beach. We would come back again.

Weak WiFi in rooms on ground floor but besides this everything was good

Everything was perfect. In the morning owner gave us traditional Albanian petulla with honey and it was delicious thank you! Very nice design of apartment, beautiful view from balconies, good parking, helpful owners.

Beautiful sea view from the balcony, good location. The beach is 15 min walking distance away. There is a small shop close by. The family running the guesthouse is friendly and helpful.

We had a flat on second floor, spotless clean with nice contemporary furniture, big tv screen. It was very luminous and with an incredible view (and sunsets) from the terrasse, very enjoyable any time of the day. Also sea view from the bed ! Several beaches nearby, within a few min drive. A small shop also just a few meters away. Lovely garden with several fruit trees. But most of all, it was the host welcoming and great kindness that we appreciated ! Thank you Eric & Elektra, looking forward to meeting you again.
