The property is across from the beach and within 10 mins walk of all popular beach/ coast spots. It was cleaned everyday and the host, Ari, was always at the front door to greet or help us.

I would just add a big mirror in the apartment, specially being for 3 people and would help a lot having one other than the one in the toilet. Bur is just only a tip :)

This property was excellent! We liked it so much that we even booked another night. The host was delightful, she recommended us places to visit and was always around if you needed anything. We had a dedicated parking spot which had camera surveillance. The apartment has a lovely terrace with sea view- enjoyed it every morning with a delicious coffee from the coffee shop right next to the apartment. Also, the beach is at 2 minutes walk, and has bars and sun-beds. What i liked most was the fact that the host cleaned our apartment every day and brought us fresh towels every day. She even cleans the terrace every day. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it! Definitely worth it!

Would have been great to have a hotplate to cook with as the multi cooker provided was very difficult to use with no instructions!

The villa was excellent and hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Balcony room had great view for sunsets over the water. We did not really enjoy Ksamil due to the crowded expensive beaches but having a lovely hotel made up for it!

The appartment was very comfortable and clean. It is 50m from the sea - even though the beach is very crowded, you can always have a swim there and get directly back to your room. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a reserved spot for the car in front of the hotel. Within the village everything is in walking distance and all the nearby beaches are 10-15 min drive by car.

View from the badroom is bad (the wall of other building is in the front of window). Bed in the livingroom is very uncofortable. The shower cabin does not have door and after the shower, water is all arround

This is a perfect location close to the ocean and plenty of activities around. Super clean and friendly staff. The food was superb and fresh. I will definitely be staying here next year when I come visit friends and family.

Everything! Staff were outstanding and so happy to help, location is great and room is perfect. We were unsure whether to stay here or in a hotel with a pool but we are SO happy we chose here. Beach is just across the road and everything you could want is within a short walking distance. Just great. The staff (Mother and Son) went above and beyond and their local knowledge really enhanced our stay.
