It could’ve been a bit cleaner (under the bed was really dusty). Otherwise everything was fine!

It’s a nice building just a bit outside the main area in Yerevan. A pleasant walk to town or a cheap taxi does the job. I liked the area and the facilities in general. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good!

One of the two beds was a bit old and therefore not the most comfortable.

The lady who keep the hotel was adorable and did her best to help us. The owner was as well very kind to allow m early check-in upon my early arrival. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city centre.

I would like to thank to the staff of hotel the owner Seyran and The administrator Geghetsik they were very friendly with me.The room was very warm and comfortable.Location was also good 1 kilometr from Republic Square. I wiil go again there.

There was nobody ever at the reception desk..i spoke three times to a woman , in english, through the phone of her parents , who were around 80 years old.. The last day there was no water at the toilet , the shower , the sink and i was not even sent a message by anybody ..i was terribly frustrated ..the water came after many hours around 1.00 a.m. the next day... When i arrived at the "hotel" at 5.30 in the morning i came into contact with an 80 year old nice man who was not speaking any english..thank god he was speaking some greek.. Some day i will go back to Yerevan and Armenia but never at this "hotel"..

I have to say I was disappointed. I booked a small cozy room with a balcony and a view. Unfortunately, I got a bigger room without the window... The window was only in the bathroom. The water in the toilet was always running... For 3 nights I got only 1 roll of toilet paper! I went to the reception twice and there was noone to help me. I even texted them on booking and nothing... I guess I should clean myself with a towel. I wouldn't call this place a hotel, probably a guest house. I'm not hard to please. I just think it's normal to have enough toilet paper and get what you booked and paid for. Btw. You can pay only cash.

The location of the hotel was okay - 25 minutes away from the centre on foot. The hotel was very quiet (I guess there weren't many people). I guess the owner (older man) cannot speak English but that isn't a problem.

It was not located in interesting neighbourhood which car spare parts were sold around. The stairs to the upper floors were high and sharp. In 4 days I stayed there I saw no one at the reception so I made to call the director and tell my demands such as towel tissue and ....The house keepers were and old man and woman that it was hard for them to work. And the hot water in the bathroom was not working properly.

The location was not too far from the republic square. The hotel was approximately clean and quite. Every thing I needed were in the room.

the bed is not good. hotel is located in a not so good area. they do not accept card, and they can't just charge directly from booking.com, so I had to withdraw that money, which made the rate alot more than what I originally got it for, because of the bank charges and exchange rates. it was a hassle, and I had to spend more that I originally agreed for.

Terrible hotel. Or it's not a hotel, it's a real bad hostel. Who gave the stars to this slowdown. The owner himself? This is one star and that one in the sky. Worst of all lies. Post actual photos of the rooms!!!! As they are. Where did you get the photos from? In fact, these are dead beds, and he probably brought the mattress from the garbage heap. We didn't stop there. When we saw this horror. It’s good if you don’t pick up any animals, for example, lice. To my indignation at the deceit, the owner began to shout and said that you need to think when the price is not like in the Ritz. One request not to lie about living conditions. I do not recommend to anyone.

It was very dirty in the bathroom. We asked to clean it up, but no one did it. The kettle was old, mouldy and disgusting. There was no one at reception during the day. We saw the receptionist only when we arrived. The entrance door was always open. You can pay only in cash.

The balcony view is nice. The AC is working well. The location is good, not far from the centre.
