Apartment is clean, Beds are comfy, Living room sofa are cozy with smart tv and fast internet. Kitchen has complete appliances and utensils. Grigori, the manager, offered us tour which includes airport pickup and drop off. Availed a two day tour which include a trip to Geghard monastery, Garni temple and Ski Resort in Tsaghkadzor to name a few. Highly recommended even for a family or a group of friends. Amazing Room! First, I love the spacious room. My friend and I booked this room and honestly this really exceed our expectation. Secondly and very important is the owner of this property help us a lot. You can count on him.

The shower is not really convenient.

It’s a separate flat in the big block. Well equipped kitchen. Two separate rooms. A good location (5 mins from Republic Square). For me, it was neat and like the flats from my childhood. Good memories)

The stairs going to the 3rd floor don't have lights. The balcony key doesn't work so I have to put chairs in front of it so it won't open. And the lights in the bedroom are super yellow so if you're doing make-up better do it in the washroom.

The location is great! It is very near Republic Square but not in a busy area so it is still quiet at night. The area is safe as there is a keycard before you enter the building. The apartment is huge (I was alone) so if you like to rent a hostel instead they have it on the 4th floor.

I have to say , as I mentioned in the ratings it exceeded my expectations. in Brief summary The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Their time of response is almost immediate. The property is very well maintained and in superb condition of the furnitures and in cleanliness. The views were amazing from both sides. excellent location and excellent angle for enjoying amazing views both in daytime and nighttime . I will definitely seek to rebook for my next visit. I definitely , absolutely recommend it for others also.

This perfect location has one big minus - traffic all the night. It's so noisy! You cannot sleep. The kitchen is poor equipped: there were no bowls or tea spoons, but you can find some huge vases -it was look like a collection of random crockery and cutlery. It's difficult to prepare breakfast for two.

Excellent location. Flat is spacious and bright. The owner is helpful and very quick responses our questions. We could do our laundry.

It's kinda very old building. To start with the lift in the building is so dangerous that it might get u jammed between the doors. The apartment is very old where you can see the doors and the rims on all corners ripping off. The bedroom has a twin bed as told in the description. There is no proper lighting inside the apartment. The bulbs don't work. The bathroom was horrible where there is hardly any light inside and the water doesn't get washed off . When u shower the water ll still stand below ur feet and only after u get out of the shower the water gets drained. The motor is just out there inside the bathroom which is very unsafe for the kids. The faucet seemed to be like an olden days faucet where u have to pull it off for the water to stop. The kitchen has a stove and oven. The stove felt more dangerous because z the ignitor doesn't work and u gotta use lighter or match stick. By the time u ignite the lighter to turn on the stove u feel that buuffffff sound from the stove. The staff doesn't seem to be friendly as well. And last but not the least, the staff comes to check the apartment before ur checkout and that felt like getting an noc before u vacate the hostel. It ACC didn't feel like an apartment but a hostel. We highly regretted having paid for two days and no other go had to stay there putting up with it because it was non-refundable.

I strongly suggest travelers especially families SHOULD AVOID BOOKING THE SUPERIOR APARTMENT. Our stay was very unbearable. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The unit is very old with lots of worn out facilities. The moment we enter the unit, the floor was very cold and the linens were old, towels were already super thin and rough. The utensils in the kitchen were very dirty. The heater pipe in the dining area was leaking all throughout our stay. The owner said he increased the boiler so it won’t leak anymore but that did not help at all. The shower can only heat up for few seconds and most of the time the water from it is super cold. The toilet smells old and disgusting. The beds are uncomfortable - you can already feel the spring poking your back plus the right leg is broken and was remedied only with 3 books to balance the bed. Worst of all, we woke up early in the morning because the boiler broke and we were already freezing inside this unit. Then water were all over the dining area. If you can imagine how awful that stay was. The price of this unit is the same with the other apartment we booked but the stay was way better than this one. So please booked somewhere else and not this.

The place doesn’t have an elevator and I hate that It was not well lighted. We arrived at 9pm and there was no light on the main door of the building, even on the hallway to atleast inform guests and will not give them hard time to find the apartment that they booked. The television was not working at all. We informed the host right away however he did not act about it. No toilletries provided. Lastly, at night, the guests living on top of our apartment creates a lot of noise

The property was near the city and I highly recommend it to travelers looking for a place to stay which is accesible to all the tourist destinations. (Vernissage, Republic Square etc..)

It was not as depicted in the photographs. It was dangerous as the stairs leading up to the property were uneven, unlit and the handrails were broken.

There was nothing whatsoever to like about the property. It was not what was advertised. It was a horrible place.

Bed was horrible. Very old and worn out, sunken down. Thankfully the other room had a pull out that was comfortable. Had ants but just dealt with it instead of bothering staff. They would have solved the issue quickly, though. Didn't want to trouble them further. Shower was poorly designed as it splashed water very easily all over the floor.Thought there was tv based upon the pics but there was no service. The location was centrally located but it was very noisy, even with windows shut and wearing ear plugs. Kind of dirty and dusty curtains.

Location, not expensive and prompt fixing of toilet and no hot water. Pleasant staff.Nice water and nice hot water most of the time. Very convenient walking distance within 30 minutes of shopping, grocery stores, markets, places of interest.. flexibility with timing for payment of rent since I arrived after midnight.

Everything apart from the location. The apartment is filthy, they have an ant infestation and if you walk around barefoot then your feet will be black with dirt. When we told the owner about the ants he blamed us, said we brought them with us, when they clearly have a nest behind an electrical socket in the kitchen, which we told them and they refused to believe even after we sent them a video of it. We waited 3 hours for someone to come and sort it out and even then there were still some ants. Unbelievable rudeness from the owner and cleaner. Blamed us multiple times for it. The kitchen utensils are just a random collection of old items. The stove only has one knob so if you want to use more than one hob then you need to remove the knob and switch it over. The mattress is old and uncomfortable. Whilst the location is good, thats really the only plus of this flat.

Photos shows newer apartment. In reality everything looks very old. Probably 10 years ago apartment was great but not now :) Air conditioner was so old with a lot of dust (and this is awful for breathing) so we had decided to sleep without using it but with opened windows (too noice during all the time). And it was not easy even in the night because of hot weather outside. The last floor without elevator! With luggage it's not easy at all. If we knew about it, we would choose another place 100%

Very good locaton, very big apartment with 2 rooms, the host answered any questions and let us to check in during the night (because we paid for previous night). Pretty comfortable matrasse. A lot of tableware.
