Parking can be challenging

The room was modern, tasteful, well equipped and offered nice views. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The hotel has a good location, everything is within walking distance.

The hotel needs to be more specific about parking - there is no hotel car park and only 1 space directly in front of the hotel which is free. If you didn’t get this spot you had to park on the street and paying for parking without a local phone number for the app is complicated. Our room was quite warm and we weren’t able to turn this down so resorted to opening the window for a blast of cold air every now and then!

Fantastic location to explore the city of Yerevan. We enjoyed a 5 night stay here and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Woukd have appreciated thd option for Netflix on TV.

Room was very comfortable, loved the shower abd beds were very comfortable. Thd room was immculately clean and quiet , perfect for rest. Location was right in the city center, but in thd room you had the luxury of a quiet sleep. The staff st reception and breakfast were extremely polite and helpful.

Location is very central - the hotel is walking distance to main attractions. Staff was very helpful and professional. Tamara checked-us in and she was very welcoming. The rooms look exactly like the pictures, very clean and everything was as per the description.

The room is sparkling clean with complete facilities. We had relaxing stay as the neighborhood is not that noisy. The location is superb, nearby to restaurants, supermarkets and the republic square. The staff were all polite and helpful, they even gave us early check-in and welcomed us with hot chocolate. The breakfast options are a lot and really tasty. A really nice experience and recommended when staying in Yerevan.

- Sometimes there was music playing on the floor during the day, which made it difficult to sleep/work. But at the request of the reception, it was turned off

- Very hospitable and helpful staff - We successfully sorted out the arrival dates due to my plane being delayed for a day - Beautiful and comfortable room. Very warm for November in Yerevan - High-quality repairs and plumbing - Marvelous cleaning - The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan - Good Wi-Fi signal (enough for work)

Hotel is located near the city center and the street is full of restaurants. Staff is friendly. I used transfer from/to the hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast offers international and Armenian specialities, I appreciated it.

The biggest problem was that like many rooms, mine was located facing west and became very hot in the day. Presumably because when I visited it was October and cooler weather was anticipated, the air conditioner would only blast out hot air even when adjusted to cold. When I mentioned this to the front desk the answer was that a couple of windows were openable. This is a fundamental problem that I believe needs to be attended to.

First of all please note the person that stayed at Republic Hotel was Robert NOT Kathleen! Booking .com you get this issue wrong every time I have stayed at a hotel in recent years, through your organisation!! The location was excellent and the hotel was well run and and felt good to be in. The food was excellent thought not always to my Australian taste.

the location is incredible. restaurants, cafes, various shops. the room was comfortable and warm. the bathroom incredibly comfortable. hot water all the time. the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
