Central location, very friendly staff, nice bathroom

The rooms need some updating but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.

Location is in a very good position very close to civic centre and bars and restaurants and in an old traditional building.. Staff very helpful and friendly. We checked out early prior to breakfast times but they l brought coffee, fruit and croissant to our room which was much appreciated. They have a good restaurant also. Excellent WiFi speeds which is useful when travelling. Shower powerful and hot. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked 2 rooms and was pleasant, cozy and clean except the bathroom in Rm 15 water leaks on the wall, that time was raining. Strong wind getting inside the glass window of the bathroom making the heater useless. The staff has always been friendly and helpful that impressed me. Breakfast just right. Superb location walking distance to the main street.

The shower pressure was very very low. Almost no water at some point.

a bit old appeal of the furniture, from the window in my room view to a wall 2m away. just be aware / no elevators (in case you would need them).

nicely located, nice breakfast, supermarket jyst opposite. two blocks from the lake promenade. absolutely fine for a few days in bariloche. cannot say anything about the connected restaurant as it was closed at tge time i was there. mara at the reception is really nice!

We had 1 large room with 2 bedrooms and 1 connecting bathroom. A great space & perfect for a family! The bathroom is very small. Water pressure & hot water were great! Not really anything to improve on, but as we had (2) guys over 6', it did present a small challenge moving around in the small bathroom taking a shower. But for the price and cleanliness - we were thankful for the accommodations and would definitely rent again!

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Room accommodated our needs well! Beds were very comfortable and wooden ledge along wall in our room served as a great shelf. Easy to get to and great location for walking and shopping.

Our room was a bit older than it looked like on the pictures. Also, we had a problem with the bathroom, as water and dirty came out the drain while taking a bath. I must say, though, that the staff intervened promptly to clean and solve the issue, so we really appreciated their effort.

Excellent location, few minutes walking from the center. Very good breakfast, rich of hand made products. Very kind and helpful staff. Recommended!

Lovely small hotel in the centre of Bariloche. The hotel is very clean & the staff are helpful & friendly. The price is very reasonable too. The restaurant underneath the hotel is excellent, serving high quality food although make sure you queue just before 8pm as it gets really busy!

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was abundant with home made breads and desserts. It is centrally located and they have parking for a small fee. There is a restaurant that we didn’t have the opportunity to dine in but we saw that it is very popular and the appearance was charming. It is a good value. We would like to return in the future.

Property is excellent value for money with a nice breakfast and the friendliest staff. They served us breakfast early and booked us a taxi. Caio and the team are the best.

-Didn’t have AC. We dont mind leaving the window open but our window was right next to the other hotel and has an AC unit so its pretty loud to keep it open -I just wish reception has information about bus schedules, route and where to buy the card. We went to the tourist information they couldn’t give much information either

Staff was very helpful and everyone was friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and I think the fastest service we’ve had across Argentina. We ended up staying longer in Bariloche and we were glad we moved to this property. Supermarket right across the st. Walking distance to the main st. stores, restaurants, desserts, and money changer most importantly bus stops Also the shower was amazing best one we’ve had around patagonia and breakfast was pretty good. Hoping for some eggs but its seems its not a thing in Argentina.
