I didn't like the facilities in the hotel- the toilet is a little broken and the sink is a little cracked, and the shower head was a little weak

The hotel staff knew English, they answered our every question, the distance from the treks was good and so was the distance from the bus station. Also, the breakfast was delicious - not very varied but sufficient for our needs.

The property is one of the few hotels that are within 5 -7 minutes walk from the bus terminal which makes early morning departure easy. The room is a bit old but has been kept in good shape and clean. The front desk staff are excellent especially one lady named Victoria. She speaks excellent English and was very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and making us feeling comfortable in this foreign country.

The room is very tiny, no space to put personal belongings. Room number 10 smells like urine. The heater is not warm enough at night.

Wi-fi connection was not really stable in our room (was instead good in the breakfast room) - but understandable given the location of el chalten. All was really great in this hotel.

Very charming small hotel, with cozy atmosphere, surrounded by the mountains. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with very good home made cakes and views on the mountains from the tables.

Can't recall anything I disliked.

This cute, little hotel had a personal touch with the nice ladies of the staff. Its location was perfect, both very close to the center and to the different hiking/trekking trails. The room was fine, as well as the breakfast. Would I stay here again? Yes!

I arrived late and the staff was very nice and checked me right in. Breakfast was wonderful with variety and can order hot eggs and bacon! The room was large, well kept and. very clean. The location was right in the center of town.

Tiny safe, wet and slippery bathroom floor, no place to hang towels, the key to the safe was the same as the key to the door which you had to leave at the front desk in a basket that was unattended.

Be careful when booking the hotel. Instead of using the official rate, they use the MEP rate. So we expected to pay 460€*350 AR$ =161.000 AR$ We ended up paying 460€*850 AR$ = 391.000 AR$

the price is expensive for the service and the room, the breakfast has little options and the rooms are not that comfortable at all.. the heat system is not effective for the temperature of zero degrees

We were attended by several people, one of them was kind of rude, thankfully we had to deal with her just once. Sadly, it was the first person we talked to, but would be unfair to say it was a bad experience because the rest of the staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom curtains were moldy. Checkout was too early(10 am). Overall price was a bit high for what they offer

They refused to give us an invoice or any representation of our payment. They also made a mistake in calculating the total price and charged us in excess. Hours later, when we realized of the error and requested our money back, they rejected our claim and that was it because we didn’t have any means to prove our payment… The room and bathroom were extremely simple, much less than a reasonable minimum.
