Breakfast was great, I could even make my own fresh juice. In the evening we brough some wine and cheese and the host provided us with the wine glasses and plates to the room, they even invited us to taste another wine in the evening of their courtesy. The room was very cosy, despite there was no window, only the glass door from the room leading to an indoor open space.

The WiFi in the rooms was a bit light.

The property it stunning - nestled in a court yard with beautifully clean and decorated rooms with in a Tuscan style. The staff are amazing and very kind and helpful.

2nd floor rooms have poor wifi and at times no hot and cold water, therefore unable to take a shower. This is simply not what a hotel guest should have to worry about for the price of the room per night...

At the heart of Palermo, excellent location. The hotel is cosy and staff very friendly. The house cat Lala is very playful!

There was a musty smell in the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and access to tea and coffee outside of breakfast hours. The building structure is quite interesting and eclectic. Hotel staff accomodated my late arrival and assisted with carrying my broken suitcase up to my room. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. Recommendations for where to walk were appreciated and easy to follow.

In this little hotel I felt like at home. A simple but tasty breakfast, with freshly made pancakes and homemade marmalades was a great beginning for each day of my stay. The staff is very helpful and gave me good information about the interesting points in the neighbourhood or in Buenos Aires. I wish I can visit this place once again, this time with my family.

The breakfast was lacking. The bed felt like a hostel. Noisey Americans next door.

The hotel room was satisfactory. Bed felt like a piece of foam but but not too hard. I had a problem with mosquitoes the first night. They got through the back and front window. The water tap pressure a little deplayed. Expected from an older hotel. The breakfast was ordinary. Lacking in fruit and a thin pancake and ham. I was happy with the service there thought. It was very good and the place was very central to Restaurants and shops.

the hotel definitely has some character. But it is obviously owned by a private person who has put hood willing people in there to manage it. it has lots of character. the managers are nice but their understanding of English is very poor. do they whereof no help in giving tourist advise even when asked for specific things. as for the rooms. the curtains let a lot of morning sun through and you definitely need a misquoto repellent.

The isolation of the water pump attached to the tank may be improved, it may be noisy.

Excellent location. Very beautiful vintage house renovated as a hotel, full of collectibles, books, artworks and furniture. Cosy and fully equipped facilities and rooms. The staff was extremely friendly, available and helpful. Good value for money in the area.
