Air conditioning took a while to cool down but worked well after first day. Good location, walking distance or short taxi ride to many of the sights. Staff was great. Very accommodating and friendly!

The reception is too small. Breakfast buffet was not included. Restaurant does not serve dinner; however it gave us the advantage of eating out. Fair price everywhere for great steak that Argentina is known for. Mosquitoes is a big issue in Buenos Aires. They were let into the small lobby whenever the entrance door was opened.

Location is perfect to go everywhere. Staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Luggage storage before check in and after check out is no issue. The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The place is clean. Feel safe.

Great location, easy to move around with all shops and food places close by. Very friendly staff. My room was on the street side and it was silent, big and very comfortable (like a mini flat studio) kitchen included. Secure door.

24 hrs front desk is very convenient for the travelers, we met different staffs and they are so helpful, thank you very much.

The reception/entrance is tiny and gets crowded often (people checking in, waiting for a pick up etc.) When we first arrived there was a strong sewage smell so we were worried about our choice but thankfully it disappeared the following morning. We stayed in total 6 nights and never had any problem, in fact we grew to like more and more the hotel and staff. Nice people indeed!

Room is clean and quiet. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. I feel safe there. Good location, very close ( 5 minutes walk) to Teatro Colon. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything was perfect and met our expectations!

The hotel's location is great and allows easy access to the remarkable sights in Buenos Aires. Also, AEP airport is very close, about 10 minutes away by taxi or Uber. We picked that location so we could tour Buenos Aires by foot, and get quickly to AEP airport when it was necessary to fly to Iguazu and El Calafate.

Hotel is unfortunately outdated, need some reparations- like the terace door is very hard to open and close, wall painting is peeling off.

The staff were very friendly. They spoke very good English. They let us store our luggage after checking out until later in the afternoon. The rooms were quiet with plenty of space. Strongly recommend this place.

Everything was great..

I had initially booked the hotel for 2 days but extended it for 5 more days due to the amazing hospitality of the hotel staff Alex and Ruben.. The WiFi is super fast, the rooms are clean, there is a fridge as well as a microwave, plates, glasses and spoons in the room.. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower.. The location is quiet yet very accessible and walkable to the main attractions in the city.. There are good restaurants and cafes around the hotel.. I came to Buenos Aires with no plans but Alex and Ruben helped me book all my tours and also gave me recommendations of everything there is to do and see in Buenos Aires..A big shout out and thank you to both of them.. There is a restaurant on site which serves decent and reasonably priced food..

The elevators are really small and so is the lobby.

My room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. It conveniently had a microwave oven, small fridge plus plates and spoons and forks.

We had some issues early on with the room not being attended to and cleaned daily, but over time we worked it out and it wasn't a problem later.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was central to Obelisco and stores, activities, restaurants. Room was comfortable for a couple to stay.
