There was a problem with water pressure, so the shower turned from warm into cold every 30 seconds.

Excellent location and superb breath taking sea view. Walking distance to the fountain. The size of the rooms was also very good. Quiet a new hotel. The staff was great and helpful. Very accommodating. The request for free late checkout was accommodated. Highly recommended.

- Modern and sizable room with good amenities and facilities - 7 mins walk from the Airport bus terminus; 15mins pleasant walk from old town - Excellent birdeye view of Baku downtown especially for seaview rooms - Good buffet breakfast with cook-to-order options, at a outdoor balcony overseeing the Caspian sea - Hospitable staff at reception and restaurant

I think to take a level higher I wish they served freshly squeezed juice. Since Azerbaijan has fantastic selection of fruits and vegetables all locally grown.

Firstly, the hotel is placed in a great location. you can walk to many, many places in town. The Caspian Sea is just minutes away and the walk by the sea is just wonderful. There are many great restaurants around the hotel. And also many shops.The old town is only 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I loved the executive suite I had overlooking the sea. It was super clean. The breakfast is served up on the roof and also inside. Great selection of breakfast menu. I would again to stay at the hotel. The staff there were all very friendly and was easy to communicate. I arrived a day late because of missed connections and the hotel was nice not to charge me for the missing day. The room was super clean and very spacious. The bar had a beautiful view of the city.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities and extremely friendly staff. Very good service from reception that went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room and bathroom were both huge, brilliant bed and great view from 17th floor over the city and Caspian Sea. Fitness-facilities, spa and pool (both indoor - 30 m! - and outdoor) was of very good standard. Hotel close to shopping, bars & restaurants, old town, sea and less than 10 minutes walk to central station with metro and aiport express bus.

Teeniest thing: lighting was very bright on terrace of Caspian Grill. Hard to get photos of the beautiful view without a reflection. I understand there could be safety concerns as a factor.

Staff, room and facilities were superb. The staff were all polite, courteous and helpful. Check in was event free and we were lucky to get our suite on arrival, before 6am, which was a real bonus. We would definitely stay again.

The Wifi wasnt working well for my laptop in my room when i called Mr. Emil he fixed the issue for me.

The staff friendly and easy to contact in the reception was Mr. Emil who had nice welcome to the customer and make his self available all the time and so kind to help and support.
