During my numerous visits to Shahdag, I had never before considered an overnight stay; however, this changed on my most recent trip when I opted to stay at the Zirve Hotel. This decision turned out to be one of the best I've made in my travels. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The room I was provided was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Shahdag's breathtaking landscapes. It was evident that the hotel places a high priority on maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and guest comfort, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out the most, however, was the remarkable level of service provided by the Zirve Hotel staff. Each member of the team was not only friendly but also genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Their recommendations for local sights and their willingness to assist with any requests added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The breakfasts at Zirve Hotel deserve a special mention. Each morning, I was greeted with an extensive selection of delicious, high-quality dishes that perfectly prepared me for the day ahead. The variety and excellence of the breakfast offerings were truly impressive, showcasing the best of local cuisine and ensuring that every guest starts their day on the right note. In conclusion, my stay at the Zirve Hotel was a highlight of my trip to Shahdag. Super location with Ski-in-Ski-out. Which made our staying very comfortable. Room was clean and cozy. Eager to help and hospitable staff. We used laundry service which was done perfectly( almost spoiled badly stained jacket was well covered) Very good restaurant with delicious variety of dishes. Nice spa spacious area was just great for after skiing day relaxation.

The breakfast did not cater for vegans, there was no alternative milk or anything other than fruits and veg. I am not sure they are familiar with the concept of veganism. I would not recommend dinner at the hotel itself, much better to take a short free bus ride to its sister hotel Shahdag where dinner is tastier and service is much better.

The property is literally at the bottom of the slopes, about 10 meters walk to the ski lift. The slopes can be admired from the restaurant and it makes for an amazing ski holiday location. The staff were friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The wifi is reliable and strong. The breakfast has a good variety of food, which was all tasty. There was an opportunity to attend a spa at Zirve's sister hotel Shahdag for free, which was much appreciated. I only wish I knew about it before arriving as swimming costume is required.

The bathroom and shower had an unpleasant odor, which seems to be a common issue in many hotels there. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were unfriendly, with most of them appearing angry, especially the person taking room numbers at the restaurant door. We felt he had some stereotypical attitudes towards certain nationalities and was unhelpful.

Breakfast is amazing, and the location is superb. Everything is conveniently downstairs, with restaurants and activities all around. Also, most of the reception staff are very helpful. A big thanks to "Sadra"; he is truly helpful and assisted in arranging transportation, ensuring rooms next to each other, and even sent us a wedding anniversary cake. Very very Remocended. We will definitely come back.

I would suggest introducing a QR code based ski pass purchase to solve the problem with the long lines of visitors willing to buy it.

Very equilibrated value & benefits location. Excellent environment where my family we had an extraordinary stay. We enjoyed the snow, winter activities, the mountain view. Very tasty cuisine and extraordinary welcoming staff. The kids room was also excellent and activities organized during the period of our stay were outstanding!
