The room furniture (the bed) should be changed for new one, it is damaged over the head/pillow, but its comfortable. Also, some light bulbs should be changed (doesn't work) and the bathroom should be cleaner.

The size of the room and bathroom is great, very comfortable. Everything was working ok (TV channels, air condition, water and bathroom facilities). Free parking is available. The breakfast is good, especially the portion of fresh fruit.

Our GPS did not pick up the hotel. The address should carry “ Ilidza “ rather than Sarajevo for the address.

The location is close to AirPort and Ilidza center. Breakfast speaks for itself, I enjoyed it during my stay and I suggest “kuhana jaja” as well :)

We are, not smokers, smoking was also not allowed in the room but obviously, previous guests did not respect that. Maybe installing very sensitive smoke alarm could help.

Only bad thing is breakfast. Breakfast was below average. You dont have offer to choose what you want to eat, you can get only eggs with bread and a few spreads (cheese, butter, honey...) and coffee.

Really nice and comfortable hotel with very nice and generous staff. We got much better room than we resereved. Hotel has safe and adequate private parking for everyone who travel by car. Hotel also has caffe where you can sit and get drink any time. Staff is really kind and at your service anytime. Rooms are clean and look brend new.

I recently stayed at hotel and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the room I was assigned was much smaller than expected. Despite the fact that smoking was not permitted, the reception area was covered in a strong smell of smoke, which was quite annoying.

Only half roll of toilet roll in bathroom - asked for more but didn't receive any Only 1 pillow each on bed, requested another but what we were given were stained. Bathroom cupboards not checked after previous guests - found women's sanitary products and unclean underwear inside While the Jacuzzi bath was a bonus, it hadn't been cleaned properly after previous use and the water was barely warm. Had kettle but no tea/coffee etc Breakfast wasn't explained clearly and therefor we didn't have time for proper breakfast. They don't have anything set out or even a breakfast menu. The man was telling us things to have which I didn't want. I want to choose my own breakfast, not be told to what to have. Ended up with bread and jam as we were being collected from the hotel. Our confirmation stated breakfast was from 7am but we were then told 7:30 at the property. I would not have booked had this been stated. We had a long journey without a proper breakfast.

Jacuzzi bath was a bonus. The room was basic but adequate. I understand you get what you pay for but it could do with some thorough cleaning to bring to better standard.

Decent small hotel, very friendly staff. Location is not in centre of Sarajevo, but at least you don't have problems with parking as they have secured parking lots. Breakfast was OK, but could be better (small Swedish table would be fine).

Very pleasant welcome. Large shower room, big comfortable bed. Very clean room. Private parking. Pets are welcome. Simple but delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there! :)

Small room, electric kettle in room with cups but no tea bags or coffee. When requested 2 teabags I was charged for them. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was included in the Booking.com price and advert. On arrival we were told breakfast was 7.30 to 10. At 8am we went to get breakfast and the one male member of staff on duty didn’t understand what we were talking about. There was no breakfast! He trying to be helpful found some stale bread and jam, some very old pears and 2 green bananas. He also cooked a very bad omelette. It appeared that breakfast was only advertised on Booking.com. The hotel is on the flight path of the airport. Not many planes but when one goes over the hotel it’s very noisy.

Nothing particular, you get what you paid for.

There were private breakfasts with a private chef, just for me. A strong Bosnian breakfast for a long day. Breakfast is served in the basement, in the restaurant, but I had it more than once in the cafe, well served, chatting with people. Very private parking free parking I like a lot. Hotel position is minutes walk from Iliđa center.

Room was look nice but it wasn’t clean well. Some bathroom staff was broken. Nobody talking English at Reception. Also their acting was rude .

I was very well received, professional staff, I arrived late, but that was not a problem because the hotel is staffed 24/7. Super breakfast, everything neat and clean. Next time I will come for more days, that's for sure.

Upon arrival, I was received by a very professional team. My things were taken to the room, the air conditioner was turned on, and I was offered a meal. Very pleasant and quiet during the day, relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast with a huge portion of fruit salad. Every guest had the feeling that he was the only guest, how much attention was given to him...Unfortunately, I am leaving early, but I will definitely return to this hotel at the first opportunity because they are all fantastic together... The language skills of the team are French, German ,Danish,Swedish,Russian,Arabic,English and here you will certainly not make a mistake when looking for instructions for anything you need... All the best to you ❤️We have much to learn in Danmark from you people.. Love this place...
