The hospitality was really great, professional and personal. The owner and his family are doing a very good job and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. Probably the best hotel in the city. Thank you!

Quality of hotel building is exceptional, much better than big brand names in hotels around the world. The entrance, stairs, walls, balcony, elevator etc are built like a stone, not paper built like modern ‘exclusive’ hotels. Great, quiet location, free parking, nice breakfast and kind staff. Everything is 5/5. Recommend.

Beautiful property with exceptional finish and decor. Very convenient to Medjugorje activities. Breakfast included full range of handmade delicacies. Owners cared that we had good stay.

It is in the best possible location, I don't think you can find such a nice hotel. The rooms and everything are premium. The center is 250 meters away, everything can be easily reached on foot from the accommodation. It is located in a quiet location, in a cul-de-sac. Parking is available in the shade or in the underground garage. It couldn't have been better. It was a lifetime experience for me. Thanks for that!

Only thing we would have liked was a coffee making facility in our room. The guy on reception said there was no restaurant or bar there n the hotel 🤷‍♀️. Everything else was excellent. Thanks again.

Location was perfect, taxi from Dubrovnik was organised thru the Hotel In. The driver (Nick) was friendly and efficient. Gave us really good tips for our short stay in Medjugorje - which we followed and were delighted with our experience there. Hotel manager met us as we were leaving the hotel to walk to the bus station fairly close by. She insisted on giving us a lift and also was going to organise croissants for our trip. This was exceptionally good and friendly service - delighted to recommend Hotel In to future travellers. Thanks

The day was really hot (40 degrees Celsius) and the A/C was taking time to cool down the rooms when we arrived- Mate tried to help and even brought us cool water. The rooms never cool down completely during the night and also the next morning. I know a fan in each room will ruin the great decoration but it was not completely comfortable without a nice cool room on a very hot day.

It is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. Very clean and comfortable and really close to the shrine, restaurants and shops. Staff was very very helpful and nice. Breakfast was a spectacular homemade assortment of local foods- simply amazing. Mate was very helpful with a providing a walker for my 85 year old mom to visit the shrine and with helping us with the A/C I. Both rooms that we booked.

The hotel location was great, a little distance from the church. Good restaurants nearby. My bed was very clean and comfy. Bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was amazing and staff was so good to me.

The small bottle of water provided in the room cost 2€. The slippers that were provided appeared dirty and used.

The staff was truly exceptional, friendly and going out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel is centrally located. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.
