this is my first time in Bangladesh but I 've got a very warm welcome from this hotel staffs I really like their complementary juice so much (and they gave us twice when check in & check out) 🤣 you can leave your luggages here after check out and they also provide us a room for rest after come back (I was like .. wow I never got anything like this from another hotels before) so happy staying 2 nights here and would like to recommend the other to stay here too ! every staffs (managers , security guards , waiters , barista) are taking a very good care to their guests , they all have a good service mind so thank you so much for all your help and kindness 😊

Staff treats you like a king or queen. Everyone in Bangladesh was hospitable. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. All of our needs were met. It’s quite a taxi ride to both old Dhaka and new Dhaka as traffic is abhorrent but I would recommend this hotel for safety and comfort

This hotel is within the parameters of European hotels. It is located near a lot of shops and some restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. They give all amenities. The AC worked well. The staff (Mithu and all the others) were very friendly. They provided us a room to take a shower in the afternoon, after the check-out.

All staff ready to solve any request. They organiza pick up to/from airport and they waited me 2h because many people in immigration. Central position with restaurants malls and everythings. Restaurant inside hotel open until 1am. Breakfast excelent with fabolous dragon fruit juice. Excelent experience

The hotel is very well located from the point of view of someone who wants to experience the real life in Dhaka, while not overpaying and having a decent standard of stay. Clean, tidy, very good coffee from the machine (not instant) in the hotel restaurant, shopping centres next door. In short, a very good no-frills option to get a feel for the local atmosphere. Special compliments to the friendly and helpful Tufaggul and Mithu. The welcome juice of freshly squeezed oranges and the farewell double espresso at the hotel's expense show an above-standard openness to the tourist.

We stayed twice at the Capital and enjoyed both visits immensely. Our room on the fourth floor was huge, air-conditioned, quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent and the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, looking after our bags while we were away and arranging a very late checkout on our last day. Highly recommended.

There are not many cafés around. It’s a very busy area but in a different way. The rest was fine.

The hotel is quite comfortable. The rooms and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were really helpful and hospitable. It is in a busy area but you can feel the local vibes there. Street tea and food, coconuts, local sweets, rickshaws etc.. I loved it! The restaurant in the hotel is also quite good.

Outside is chaotic. even going to an adjacent mall seems bit of a challenge. Recommend going there by cab or their car service. There is a good resto in the hotel anyways that closes late at night and has breakfast; Buffet table layout issue.

For a 3 star hotel, the service is extraordinary. The manager Amit S. always checked in my stay. Kawsar, the chaffeur brought me to the airport smoothly on time. The other staff were great. They gave in to my requests which are usually rejected by other hotels.

Second time staying here (see my first review below). Just like before, amazing hospitality, clean room and flexible check-out time. The location is also very convenient – a short rickshaw ride from the main train station and the Rajarbagh Greenline bus station.

This hotel has absolutely everything you need! The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and a large modern bathroom with a hot shower. The laundry service is fast and high-quality and there is a bus booking office located inside the hotel (next to reception), which is very convenient for planning your trips around Bangladesh. The breakfast is excellent and comes with specialty coffee included (beans are from North End Roasters, the best in Dhaka). A few other things that are important to mention: - The hotel gave me complimentary late check-out, which was super convenient. - Staff are very very helpful and friendly, helping me with everything from finding nearby ATMs to arranging fair-priced rickshaws to Old Dhaka. Overall, this hotel is very well equipped for tourists and caters for all of your needs. If more hotels were like this, the world would be a happy place :)
