The location was terrific for exploring Brugge and the hotel had a lovely makeover recently. Our room was comfortable and efficient. We paid for the breakfast add-on to our room, and the buffet was extensive with good options and fresh fruit. In the late afternoons we enjoyed winding down in the bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only small thing was that the temperature was fixed at 21 degrees for all bedrooms. I assume this is until aircon is switched on and available for guests to adjust in the summer, so it was a little warm at night even with the window open.

We stayed for three nights while we explored Brugges and also did a day trip to Ghent. Perfect location within easy walking distance to the train station and all the sights of Brugge. The bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a great selection for all diets, a trendy bar to chill in day or night, and the staff were all lovely.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel felt very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was a problem. We had an issue with our room key which was dealt with promptly. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. I thought the apples in the reception, for guests to take at any time, were a nice touch.

On our 2nd night our neighbours were extremely loud. So much so that we tried to sleep with our iPhone white noise maker. Tap in bathroom needs to be taller and it would be nice if you provided slippers as the bathroom floor was freezing! Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was well staffed and there were many choices.

the room could've been a bit bigger and the description 'balcony with view' is a bit exaggerated - our balcony was facing the courtyard of the hotel.

the location of the hotel is fantastic. You're right in the centre of the hustle and bustle and everything is very easy to reach via foot. We loved the breakfast buffet, a lot of choice with fresh fruit and attentive staff.

Nothing - pretty prefect stay.

Great location, rooms/beds, staff, bar, breakfast.... pretty much everything! We were travelling around Europe and got very excited about having a room with a bath. It's surrounded by a delicious tea room and highly-rated restaurants. The perfect base for your trip in Bruges.

Happy with everything

Room and bathroom clean. A decent size room and quiet too. Hotel is in a good location for visiting all of the hotspots. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Overall the staff were helpful and friendly from check in to departure.

There was no fridge or safe in the room. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is fully renovated, the lobby looks really beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom is also nice size, toiletries were provided too. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection and very delicious. Tea and coffee maker in room was also good. Hotel is in the old town area, just 10 minutes walk to all major sights. Train station is about 15 minutes on foot.
