There was no fridge or safe in the room. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel is fully renovated, the lobby looks really beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom is also nice size, toiletries were provided too. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection and very delicious. Tea and coffee maker in room was also good. Hotel is in the old town area, just 10 minutes walk to all major sights. Train station is about 15 minutes on foot.

I would have preferred a kettle to the coffee pod machine in the room.

The hotel was perfectly sitauted right on the edge of the main tourist area. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a fabulous stay but it would be better if you got more tea for the price when you order it in the hotel bar. Even better still, if you got tea making facilities in your room.

Really lovely hotel in a terrific central location in beautiful Bruges next to Minnewater lake. The communal areas look especially impressive. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Replenished bottle of water each day was a welcome touch (after drinking the lovely Belgian beers!). Shame no option to make tea in the room, though, only coffee. Fabulous, very tasty breakfast with plenty of options. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Being able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out was much appreciated.

The concierge was so friendly and very helpful on arrival, advising us of places to go and eat. Very warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is so elegant and feels really warm and inviting. The breakfast had a good selection and even had chocolate eggs on offer as it was Easter. The room was spacious and extremely clean.

One slightly unfortunate incident where one of the family was leaving the hotel early to work in the area. We had arranged with hotel staff the night before to collect a breakfast before normal breakfast hours started. Unfortunately this message was not passed to the night staff & come the time for the early pick up the person on duty was initially adamant the kitchen area could not be opened up. After some considerable persuasion the situation was sorted. Otherwise a great stay

We stayed in a well appointed triple room which was situated in a quiet quadrangle of rooms. The hotel front door is directly on to a busy street but the soundproofing is good in the room with no street noise. Breakfasts were really good with a great selection of cooked food & cold cheeses, fruit etc. In terms of location the hotel is in a great spot, just off the main street & an easy walk from the train station through a park (takes about 15 minutes)

It's an amazing small hotel close to the train station and beautiful Minnewater park, very cosy and with extremely helpful and kind staff, very good breakfast and flexible check in. Definitely recommended!

An iron in the room would’ve been useful.

The hotel was beautiful from the outside and it continued inside. Our room was large, clean and had all we needed for our weekend break. It was situated in a central position, easy for access to the beautiful city centre.
