The inventory list submission. I understand that you need to check what is inside the room before you use it and then send it back, but when I can only send the list back between 9 am and 5 pm that means I have to wait until the day after I spend the night at the room - or I have to check in between 3 pm and 5 pm (while check in was allowed after 3 pm so I checked in around 7 pm).

The checkin went very well, room was very big and contained everything you might need when spending a night at a hotel.

Kitchen had very limited utensils. It could have been better

The property is very nice and clean. It is in the main locality. Easily reachable by public transport. Have plenty of shops nearby.

The room was cold, I called the standby number for an extra blanket. They told me to turn the heater up instead. Offcourse it took forever for the heater to warm up the room. In the morning when wanting to take a shower, the water had to run for at least 10 min before we even got warm water. We called again to the standby line and she said yes it can take a while just let it run.

Location was ideal for us.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, that comes down to personal preference tho.

Clean, easy to enter and get your room card, very quiet at night which is hard to find in some hotels :D Perfect location for me. Next to the metro station and local carrefour, only 5min walk to the tattoo shop i was coming for.

Well, I have seen many people point out this, but they still haven't considered changing it seems- there is only one key card. So if you want to go out and buy something quickly, or you want to go out without your family - either you have to leave the others without electricity (because you have to put the card in the holder with sensor to power up the apartment) or they have to come downstairs to let you in because the lift only works with the key card. It's a major inconvenience. Second thing is asking for credit card details for damage protection deposit without an inspection with you before/after stay. The bathroom door is transparent like, fully transparent.

I have seen many reviews saying this aparthotel is showing age, this is not true- this is a beautiful apartment, fully furnished, black and white theme, super bathroom, located opposite to a metro station and Carrefour, ATM next door, less than 1 km to grand place, and palace. Big TV, comfy sofas and beds, heating and ac, fairly well equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was easy.

Towel changing facility/ housekeeping would have made our stay better. Bathroom was slightly old with the water from the shower going everywhere.

Great location and great concept (self check in/ check out). Bathroom amenities were excellent - Rituals products for use. Comfortable stay with microwave, utensils in room.

1. Almost no WiFi, it will get disconnect many time without any reason. 2. One of the very scary thing : Electrician enter my apartment without knocking the door. They have access to all the apartments, that does not mean you should enter apartment when guests are present in apartment. When informed to reception desk. They said they just have access and they can enter apartment and teaching me to lock the door from inside and not just put auto latch to lock. Staff should knock the door, this should not be thought but should have this manners.

Comfortable room with comfortable bed and sofa. You can't complain about the location. Quick answer to calls from reception desk.

We struggled with the door entry at first - had to ring up to get the precise details of which buttons to press. (Phone was answered promptly and help provided) Then also needed to use the key in the lift before it would respond. There was a notice in the lift. But all this detail could have been in the instructions for getting in, because the reception is unmanned (as described). We recommend getting the metro to Madou rather than walking from the central station like we did. Metro is tap-in with credit card and very easy to use.

Large room with very large bed. Handily placed for walking into the centre. There are shops and bakers within a few minutes walk although the nearest one was shut on Saturday. Good airconditioning so window can be kept shut to avoid city noise Very white saving a large picture of woman above the bed which was curious!

The wifi connection is dreadful. It kept dropping out and my phone often couldn’t connect at all. Also the water took ages to heat up; initially I wondered whether the hot water was out.

The location is close to the underground and some nice restaurants etc. the room is clean and spacious.

The size of the car portion is insufficient to accommodate the 4x4 vehicle. The car sustained scratches on multiple occasions when entering and exiting. The public car park was temporarily closed due to the national festival.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Madou tube station, with a variety of stores in close proximity. Situated on a bustling main road in Brussels, it offers a clean and comfortable living space. Additionally, it is worth noting that the booking coincides with the Belgium national holiday celebration.

The electricity shut off on the last few hours of our stay and the door connecting to another apartment was open. It’s wasn’t very soundproofed and we didn’t get to see the staff to reserve a parking space.

The apartment was big with good beds and the location was very nice with only 20min to the city centre.

The door to the bathroom was a treansparent glass pane, which allowed no privacy at all. There were cracks in the sink, and the door and other places.

The room, the bed, and the bathroom were all larger than expected. The windows were openable, which I love!

Bathroom door was transparent. Neighbors could be heard through the wall. The main door was very hard to open. Deco was old and out of place.

bed was comfy, position is superb. Practical checkin/checkout. Bathroom looked modern. We could leave the luggage at the end of our stay in automatic lockers.

The kitchen was minimal. The view was of the facing building although we could see a bit of the sky. The laundry in the basement was difficult as we didn't want to spend our vacation time going back and forth worrying about when the clothes should be moved from the washer or done in the dryer. The shower arm was broken. The whole room was functional but seemed a bit tired and cold with everything including the floor being white. The facilities are comfortable but definitely showing their age.

The room was very convenient to locations and fairly quiet. Other than the key exchange at pickup - there was no sign of life of a staff, though we did get new towels part way through our stay. The bed was comfortable. The electronics worked. The shower had plenty of warm water and force.

Although I was very happy to find a hair dryer in the bathroom, there was no plug for it close to a mirror. Also the hooks for the towels were placed on the back wall of the shower - so had to walk over the wet floor to hang up the towels.

The check-procedure was easy even if the labelling of the safe boxes was wrong. The room was large and comfortable, and the location excellent for my purposes.
