Pretty good hotel in a nice part of Oostende. There are various restaurants and bars next to the hotel. Everywhere nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool, saunas and a gym.

No streaming apps available on tv. Couldn't connect Chromecast. The online check-in is optional but I would like to advise everyone not to use it. Storing your identity data as well as your signature in any online systeem is unsafe. There is no system that is unhackable.

Actually doesn’t mean I didn’t like! But two things was not good enough, the swimming pool was quite cold water, and the shampoo was empty at our room!

I very much enjoyed staying at Hotel Bero and hope to do so again. The staff was very nice and helpful with advice and directions. The rooms are of good size and very tastefully decorated. Great modern shower! I enjoyed the good size pool and the various saunas. The breakfast was excellent.

Didn't like the cardboard glasses in the bathroom instead of real glas glasses and no tea spoon but wooden sticks instead. Also no nespresso in the room but only water boiler for nescafe. For a four star hotel this is disappointing. I had my room at the back of the hotel. A lot of noise there from airconditioning pipes (at least I think that's what it was). Also the windows were both covered with brown curtains, which couldn't be opened. So there was no view thru the window. This was not good.

Great stay overall in hotel Bero. Large room and even two toilets (1 separate for wheelchair persons ). Modern light bathroom... Nice breakfast... Great Spa (hammam was very hot, which was really great). Personnel was friendly...

No wifi signal in our room and reception were unwilling/unable to do anything to help. Their explanation that it was a problem everywhere in the hotel was untrue as there was wifi signal in the corridor and immediately by the door of the room. Hot food at breakfast was not refilled/replaced often enough. Lack of sockets near the bed.

Excellent kids play area. Nice swimming pool. Spacious room with two comfortable large double beds. Very close to the beach.

In the evening, you need to search a bit to find someone that can help you to buy a drink. The room we had was very large and spacious, ideal as family room but is a bit outdated. I think that more newer rooms are also available in the hotel, but as we needed a family room, I think they are in the wing that was not renovated yet.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and good quality, it exceeded my expectations ! Having a swimming pool and a kids play area is a big bonus !

The pillows could have been comfier though I found the bed comfy. The water pressure wasn’t great from the shower in our room but the showers in the spa were brilliant.

The pool though cool was never busy and we all loved it including our kids 11 and 13. We loved the saunas and steam room too, no need to book anything. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. The food was tasty and fresh and renewed as required. Our room was perfect and we enjoyed being close to the beach.
