The property is a perfect blend of modern and old. Very characterful features, cosy fireplace, the views are simply adorable. Fab, fab, fab! The best part of our stay was getting looked after by Anna. She is a heart and soul of this place. Anna was so caring and helpful. A massive thank you to Anna and she is an incredible asset to the place!

The room with a view was exceptional--everything so cozy and special. So many lovely touches--like a welcome beer and yummy treats each day. The breakfast offerings were delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

Our room was up steep and narrow steps and there was a dangerous small gap between the landing on the top of the stairs and the door into the main bathroom. One wrong step could be disastrous. Pillows and bed were not the most comfortable.

Perhaps more information about whether rooms were on ground or first floor. Beautiful old house so very steep and narrow stairs up to a family suite - could be a problem to some guests, as you had to go down two steps, avoid a sloping ceiling and across the top of the stairs to get to the bathroom. Not a problem if you are aware - before you book.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was always well prepared and the choice of breakfast items was good. A lovely, peaceful situation.

Everything, character property with modern facilities, particularly the bath/shower room. We had the downstairs room with the private canal terrace. Staff were fantastic and breakfasts lovely. 100% recommend.

Classy high end B&B in great location and with lovely hosts. Our basement room (“Jules”)was superb with spacious luxurious bathroom and canal-side terrace where you can feed the swans! Lovely freshly prepared breakfast treats got our days off to a great start, and complementary beer and chocolates/ cakes in our room were lovely touches that made our stay extra special.

The owners make this very clear from the outset, and I can only reinforce it........ the layout would be very difficult for people with ill health or mobility issues. Tight spiral staircase down to the bathroom, and tight spiral staircase up to the bedroom.

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very attentive and very happy to provide excellent information on restaurants and places to visit.

Stayed in Cottage Euphrasie - very quirky and different. We loved it - right on the canal and private parking nearby. Absolutely spotlessly clean, fridge and coffee maker provided. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfasts! Very friendly and welcoming staff.

We loved everything about our stay. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful, friendly welcoming hosts (including a very cute and friendly dog!) showed us to our room which was breathtaking. Cosy with a wood burning stove, huge comfortable bed and freestanding bath. The room was immaculately clean and property is in perfect location to explore beautiful Bruges. We are already planning a return stay!

The courtyard can get a little icy in the winter [I slipped on some ice and fell...but all ok now :)]. Really wonderful stay, we will hopefully be back soon.

This is our second time staying with BnB Canal delux, we loved every minute. Wonderful rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff were all very accommodating, convenient parking and excellent location to the main square. Highly recommend to everyone
