    The staircase and lift were extremely dirty. Instructions about entry to the flat itself were a bit unclear. Expected a key in the keybox until we realised it's a keypad on the door. The sleep couch in the living room was not very comfortable.

    The flat itself was clean, and the location was very good. Public transport and plenty of shops nearby. Spacious flat and ok equipped for our short stay.

    The hall and the stairs to the apartments were very dirty and smelly

    The apartments itself were great, though a few things like the fridge weren’t working

    The entrance stunk of sewage and it was very dirty. Stairs are also very dirty and dark. The people living there were also playing loud music at night. There was no WiFi in the apartment as it was written in the website. During the check-in day, we still did not receive the apartment number that we were assigned to. We tried calling but no one picked up. We stayed outside for 2 hours waiting and finally booking.com assisted. Terrible communication and no customer service available from this company owning the apartment. If you have a problem, you can’t reach anyone. I will not be returning here again .

    We arrived and discovered that the number of beds were incorrect as our booking and things were broken. Immediately, we contacted the property and booking.com. Nothing resolved, one of us always sleep on the static sofa without bedding, for 5 nights. Not happy at all for the price I paid! Only the 1st day the lift is working, all other 5 days, no lift. The entrance to the apartment is awful! The whole building smell of burgers as Five Guys Burgers is on the ground floor. The location and the apartment itself are perfect. Bad building management and servicing team let it down, utterly

    The Wi-Fi only worked for the 1st day (I stayed there for five days), and the TV did not work since we arrived. Management staff constantly repeating the same answer and promises but did not do anything to solve the problem. Very disappointing customer service.

    Location is very strategic and it has elevator for access to higher floors.

    I rented the apartment for 3 weeks straight, and the 3 weeks I was without heat, without internet which prevented me from working. It was a complete disaster, the number they put at the service of the. Customer never responds, writes an email to tell them to solve the issue. Heat and internet, but never respond If you are going to rent here, think twice, imagine if you live with children and if there is no heating they would have a hard time.

    not enough clean, refrigator is not working, there isnt washing machine..there isnt hair dryer..there isnt internet password so we arent use it…there isnt secondary cable so we didnt watch tv..and there isnt remote control for tv also..

    Worst apartment I have ever booked. I was supposed to get a code for the fron door and the one for my room . Received NOTHING. Decided to call the number that they have putted in the booking. NO ONE was answering. Tryed calling multiple times, texted and still the same. Waited for a while amd I managed to get inside with some other people that have already a room there. The condition of the stairways was horrible, dirt and a smell of piss. And most important - NON OF THE FIRE ALARMS WERE WORKING. Overall, ended up booking another place. What a waste of money, time and energy 😠

    so I travel quite often and I have to say that it was the worst apartment I could ever find, the window was broken, the Internet didn't work in the stairwell of death, it was just so hard to bear the lack of contact with the staff and people responsible for running the apartment, I stood there for almost an hour before Z I received the door codes through booking, I simply do not recommend it

    When we came into the apartment, it was not clean, even the tea and sugar bags were empty on the table. Also, the heating is not working, and there is a problem with the heating device. There is no hot water. The refrigerator is also not working, and there is heat inside. Also, the apartment is very dirty, and the garbage is in the place designated for it, and the bathroom lighting is not working. The grounds were not clean. We felt upset and based on the reservation and reservation conditions we were not able to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere The entrance is not ready for repairs and the elevator smells like sewage repair Note : I takeed photos

    Hello, I’m trying to figure out my situation and I hope I will get some help from booking.com so far I tried to solve the situation with Smartflats but without any result. The thing is I’m asking for a refund since we have found bedbugs in the sheets, the floors were dirty and sticky and generally it was pretty dodgy place. I did not feel safe there. I was there with my 3 small kids so it wasn’t the best solution unfortunately. I have the videos of bedbug I can share. Smartflats’s doesn’t recognize any mistakes and is not willing to refund d me fully or partially.

    The location is just awful. It is super crowded outside and the noise level is just awful all the time. On top of that the windows are partly broken and not able to close properly, which makes it even worse. 24/7 there is something going on outside. The neighbourhood is quite dangerous, someone got robbed right in front of the flat. The smell in the hallway is awful, water pressure in the shower is to low, dish washer was not working, the floor in the flat is nasty and super dirty, elevator is mostly not working. And also like everything the elevator is super dirty and smelly. The furniture is super cheap. The kitchen is nasty, cooking there is just awful. It is way to hot in there in the summer. All in all an experience I never wanna have again. Would not recommend staying here. Not one day.

    Bed was quite comfy. But only because I brought my own pillows. And that’s about it what’s positive about this accommodation. The view from the balcony is nice in the evening.

    I booked and got confirmation and did all the checkin form and was told I will get the passcode. I still didn’t get it by 22:00 so I called and they said that the room was no longer available. I was advised I need to cancel and then they will refund me. I then need to find another place to stay

    Both bathroom sink drains were either blocked or jammed shut. Shower over the bath leaked Light in the toilet was hanging from the ceiling The oven controls were mostly broken off so couldn't be used The lift up to the room was very rarely working which meant using the stairs which were littered with rubbish and smelled disgusting The main door leading into the apartments has nothing to give away that it is for smartflats, is just a steel door so was confusing if we were actually in the right place Someone has previously thrown wet loo roll at the bathroom walls and ceiling and it is still all stuck in place No keys to the windows which we accidentally locked open and then couldn't shut again, with a 5 year old in the apartment and a window wide open on the 5th floor it was a cause for concern

    The location was perfect for what we planned to do during the holiday, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Beds were comfy and apartment is a very good size

    The entrance, the hallway absolutely stunk - the stairs dirty, old furntire & baby cots blocking the stairway, lift didn’t work we have luggage, luckily the apartment Inside was lovely - we had no hot water the whole stay - we did message and email but got no replies

    The elevator was broke so we had to take the stairs all the way up to the 5th Floor and when you enter the building it kinda looked very confusing, trash laying around the stairways, stairways also partially blocked with steel cages on wheels. The entrance to the building was also hard to see/find.

    We got no heater, only in the bathroom is running. We already complaining to the management, but still there is no solution. We tryin to restart but still not working.

    The location is great, just a walk away to central station, and just a step away to shops and restaurants. We had 2 rooms with 2 bathroom. We got big space for more than 4 person. In the living room also have a sofa bed. For all is great

    we have lodged a complaint for a full refund on our stay and compensation due to the fact the whole trip was ruined due to no heating or hot water during the entire stay! lack of contact and updates were a real problem and the communal areas could have been cleaner, a horrible smell in the lift wasn’t great. We will await on hearing an outcome, fault has already been admitted.
