You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Perfect location in the centre of Ghent. We drove from the UK and were very impressed with the secure parking available. The room was clean and a good size. Staff were informative and friendly.

NetherlandsConstruction work, it doesn’t look very good at the moment, but should be over at the end of 2024. Beds not so good and everything in the room was old and a bit wobbly. Noise from a student house opposite our room (small alley and they had their windows open).

United KingdomIt was Easter weekend and the bar/club next door had a party every night until 4am, the hotel wasn't full so it felt a bit like we could have been located elsewhere in the hotel. Fortunately i travelled with ear plugs.
I have stayed here a few times before and it's super convenient, parking is easy, it's right in the centre of Gent and quick and easy to get out for a dinner in city. Service is always good and rooms are spacious.

The location is fantastic for a trip to Ghent, The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent.

United KingdomConcierge couldn’t understand why we were frustrated with the hotel contractors currently revamping the hotel as they parked their (non EV) vans in the guest EV charging bays. Made no effort to tell the contractors to move and looked at us weirdly for suggesting this is not ideal for guests who specifically chose the hotel for the EV charging facilities. Carpets were stained and room 340 looked generally unloved.
