Everything was oké, the biggest minus- the room too warm, the window could not be properly opened, there was some annoying tapping noise outside at night- the window faced a backyard of the building with some pipes. Also a smell of smoking was coming through, the windows of neighbours (or neighbouring houses were really close)... The biggest plus is a delicious breakfast that is available until 10.30 and the location

Pastries at breakfast could be better.

Very good location close by the promenade and a short walking distance to the train station. The room was clean, with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the breakfast room is very pretty. The staff were efficient and helpful.

The place was rather old and the outside windows to the room where very dirty (perhaps from construction closeby).

Spacious rooms for the price. Very friendly staff. Great location (close to the train station, and even closer to the beach). Also, surprisingly good bed! Cosy breakfast place and lovely breakfast.

We booked a standard room and the bathroom was pretty compact to say the least. We also had a bad experience trying to get a drink in the bar and the waiter/night watchman went out of his way not to serve us

This hotel provided a good overall experience. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. While the hotel was generally clean, there were some minor issues in the room that could use fixing.

The Glenmore was closed for refurbishment when we arrived. We had no prior notice of this or our move to the Glenmore's sister Hotel Bero. This was a little distressing on arrival as we were not sure what was happening.

The staff were excellent, on arrival in the Hotel Bero, they apologised for the inconvenience ue to the change of hotel, and even though the room that was allocated to us initially was unsuitable, the hotel rectified this immediately it was brought to their attention. Very friendly and responsive staff with excellent facilities

My stay was nice and pleasant. I really enjoyed hood hotel location - not far from train and tram station, just around the corner to the sea. Breakfast was ok. The only enoying thing was that all the walls in the hotels are super thin so you can hear everything!

I thought there was a water cooker and tea bag available In the room ,but is wasn’t.

A wide variety to choose from (Breakfast). Friendly staff… this makes your stay more pleasant. A much appreciated btl of water when you check out.

Room hot due to the weather but window opened onto the fire escape, so was worried about leaving it open at night. Maybe some means of locking window in a partially open position would be good. (Don't really want AC)

Structure not so new and some things in the room was broken or not present. For the price we paid we would have expected some more cleanliness in the room.

The insulation of the room is not great. The doors were slamming all night long... my girlfriend lost sleep after 6am
