Location is out of the town so it's best to travel by car. I traveled with a dog and he was reallay welcomed and there was no problem

The room was very cold when I entered it. Nog easy to take a shower because the faucet was not installed very good. No shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast could be better, not a lot of food to choose from.

The room was big enough. Bed was fresh, enough towels in the bathroom. Good and friendly service from the staff. Eays check-in and check-out. A lot of parking place.

Friendly staff with nice restaurant attached. Comfortable beds. We had ground floor rooms overlooking the carpark. Ideal as we had large pets with us.

Room was ok but drainage blocked with hairs coming out of plughole, missing lightbulb, coffee and mugs not replaced properly. Studio above room had stomping when in use. Restaurant looked nice, but not reserved for guests.

Location convenient for cycling along the Meuse. Staff seemed nice. Reasonable price. View of river from room.

The road noise is quite bad in the rooms at the front. Attention to detail could have been a little better, eg serving food in chipped crockery (not just once), the mirror in our room was dirty, couldn’t find plain hot water for making tea in the breakfast room.

Convenient location but a bit isolated. Fortunately it has a very good restaurant and a bar so it didn’t matter to us. Dinner was excellent and the continental breakfast was very nice too. There was an option to cook your own fried eggs and bacon but we stuck with the delicious bread and croissants.

It’s situated on a busy road and there’s quite a lot of noise as a result.

Handy location, on site parking, good restaurant and bar, good sized rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was expensive at over €13 each, but was very good (self service buffet).

The staff made noise in the corridors around midnight, it woke us up! The waiter in the hotel restaurant was incompetent and disrespectful. The breakfast time is changed on weekends but it isn’t indicated anywhere, so we didn’t know how to have our breakfast. We had a bad stay.

it says 24hr reception but also says reception shuts 2200 so for a late traveller this is no good. I paid a deposit to have a card put in a safe for use but luckily I sorted this in Uk beforehand also the tv network was out of order

the room was not very clean ,in the room the sink in the bathroom was blocked so the water leaked along side the wall on to the floor . the soap dispenser was empty and not fixed on the wall in the shower . the wall socket on one side of the bed was broken ,it couldn't hold the plug from my appliance .the tv in the room didn't work .breakfast was supposed to be served at 8.30 but there was only 1 staff member on site and she had to take care of everything in the hotel ,so breakfast was late and it was chaos .we were very disappointed because the pictures on the website showed nice clean rooms .

The wifi signal on room 28, which is the last of the new building, is not strong enough to maintain a connection. The TV has also no channel option.

The room is quiet and bed very comfortable with good bathroom. They offer bottles of water and a couple of coffee.

The worst stay in my life, the hotel was dirty and my room smelt so bad that I had to leave it after 10 minutes (the rooms are located above the kitchen), the service was not nice (the lady with blond hair), when I asked to change the room I was refused, THEY DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY even though I was there for 10 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

When we got the wrong room for two people and had to bring myself a bed for my son from the storage, we ordered(paid) a room for 3 people We saw empty tables for dinner but we were told that no available table as personal probably didn't want to prepare the tables and they offered to eat in lobby bar tables ...
