The room is cute, but also cute, as in small. A large window makes the room airier, but there's no getting around that the space is tight. There is little space for storage, either for clothes or for personal items.

The hotel is charming in its design and layout, focusing on an extremely minimalist and clean look while also offering eco-friendly choices. The breakfast is wonderful, with a choice of breads, cheeses, and cereals plus a hot breakfast option.

It’s better to book a double room to have more space than in a single one

Good sleep quality, great breakfast, nice interiors and green courtyard. Birds are singing. They provide 24/7 free coffee, tea and water.

Beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated and very nice decor. Very light, greatly decorated and clean rooms. Amazing beds and linens. Free coffee, water and tea in common area and snacks and drinks for sale. Overall excellent!

There is an untouched dirty spot on the bathroom mirror, the upper 10% that sits above the lighting, it is quite visible when you're slightly taller, or standing in the bathtub. The wall to the left of the bathroom sink needs a little TLC from the maintenance department. And lastly, we didn't like the grumpy big guy that was at reception in one night(00:00) for shoing us to our room when he saw we wanted to pour some of that lovely chamomile tea you have. It's not a problem that he did, we knew it was late but maybe a bit more friendly next time. :)

We liked the warm and friendly attitude of the young ladies that received us on our arrival. The chocolate Easter eggs were a nice touch that we liked, as well as the cozy lounge area. The breakfast is good and the staff attending is flexible, energetic and very helpful with information on the surroundings and possible activities. Raluca was always a welcoming host in the morning. She's always emanating great energy and positivity. It is wonderful to see the attending staff of a hotel in such a genuinely good mood. To me it means you have a nice work environment.

Try and ask for a room on the top floor because if you have someone noisy above you it’s like a herd of baby elephants. Ear plugs worked though!

Maybe the taste of coffee could be improved.

Very nice breakfast served in a beautiful room overlooking the courtyard. Coffee was available all day at the lobby. My room was facing the backyard and it was very quiet.

Lovely homely feel in a quiet location about half an hour walk from Grand Place. Tram stop about 5 mins walk. Staff are very helpful. Nice bar area with complimentary hot drinks. The room was quite small but comfy and the en suite had a full size bath with shower over. Good, varied buffet breakfast. Great restaurants very close by.

The stay was great. I loved the room, the spacious bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. I cannot remember the time that I slept that well! I was feeling safe and comfortable the whole stay. Thank you very much for uplifting my Brussels experience!

The hotel is not near any of the major Brussels tourist spots but it is reasonably close to public transport so they aren't that hard to get to.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Great choice and good food too, mostly freshly prepared and cooked. Rooms well equipped and quiet. Good ambience and a pool table as a bonus!
