The only thing I did not like was the window of my room located to indoor space almost like a shaft. I personally do not like this type of window, but it was safe and enough big to see the light and windows of opposite rooms. It might not be a problem for someone else.

The room was very clean. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location is very close to the city center. Air conditioning was working so room was enough warm during cold days. Very good value for money.

The walls are thin. I could hear my neighbour showering at 6 am. This was significantly louder than I am used to from any other hotel. Luckily, I was already awake. If you want a quiet sleep, this may not be the best place. The hotel was very expensive for what it was - it probably is much cheaper on other days, but just this night, many hotels were fully booked. So, in this sense it was affordable. I would not stay there again unless I am in a similar situation. My expectations were low and it met those expectations.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and I felt welcome. It was very clean, and I felt safe. It had a big window to the street, which let a lot of light in.

My room appeared a bit cold most of the nights.

My room size was okay compared to what I paid as fees. The location of the facility was splendid. It allowed me to move freely and conveniently to the city center and other landmarks without difficulty. Cleanliness at the facility is one thing I will commend. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful experience in Brussels.

Im sorry but our comment is about the water in the bathroom. It was clear but why was it slippery or muddy when we were going to wash our hands or taking a shower? 😔

The only thing I could complain is that one day in the morning, the cleaning ladies were cleaning next door and talking loud. I couldn't sleep anymore.

I had a reservation in another hotel close to this hotel and 2 days before the trip I checked and Hotel City Center was 80 euros cheaper. I decided to give it a try, even if the hotel picture of the bedroom looked small. When I arrived I had a pleasant surprise to be upgraded. The bed was more confortable than other luxury hotels I have already stayed in the region. The hotel is silent and really close to the North Station. The shower was great. The bedroom was super clean. Location is great, really close to ROGIER station. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a short business stay.

If you open a window, it can get a bit noisy - street noises, cars, sirens etc. However, I was not too bothered. Not overly sensitive to this stuff.

The location is excellent. Easy to reach from the airport - a train station is nearby. At the same time it is in a convenient location for public transport - large station nearby for metro, trams and buses. You can also easily walk to the shopping district, a large shopping mall is not too far.

The room decor was rather tired. The bathroom in my room only had brackets where there once was a shelf. One of the light fittings wasn't working, and the TV seemed to be stuck on one channel. Suggestion, some quiet unobtrusive music in the breakfast area might not go amiss.

Location was quite good. Close to Nord station and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Staff were good.

Room itself is very tiny, TV wasn't working. I lived on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working during my stay. The walls are very thin, you can clearly hear people talking in the other rooms.

Hotel is a walking distance from the tourist area. I returned at night from the city side and it was safe. Delhaize was close with a lot of ready meals.
