We booked our stay 6 months before it was due and they changed the apartment due to overbooking less than 24 hours before our stay. I guess we were lucky, since we were visiting for a music festival and the new place was almost the same distance from the venue as the one we booked. Lots of stairs, it was on the highest floor of the house, for which we were warned. It was very cold, the radiators didn't do much, but we didn't spend enough time in the apartment to deem it worthy to ask for accommodations.

Great location near Berchem station, huge comfortable apartment. Lots of facilities, it was very clean. The street the apartment was on had amazing houses, including the one we were staying in, almost all marked as historical landmarks on Google maps. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Flexible check in and out.

Not a problem unless you have mobility issues but four steps between bedroom and bathroom were a surprise.. Apartment is on first floor with no lift, but we did know that in advance. Wouldn't stop us staying there again

Spacious apartment with good quality furnishings. Very large comfortable bed and good shower. In a tranquil location, close to the tram stop to the centre. Delicious pastries from the local bakers and close to a Square surrounded by local bars and restaurants. Stayed four nights and loved it.

The ground floor apartment is big and tastefully furnished, it had everything I needed to enjoy my stay in Antwerp. If i am travelling there again I would definitely see if it is available. The bed and bedding was of a very high quality. The apartment is opposite a school so it is very quiet in the evening.

The wifi is weak and my husband cannot connect to it during our stay but I can. The shower room flooring is flat and whenever you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. It needs a tile or something to orevent water from leaking.

The apartment exceeded my expectation. It is nice, comfy and family friendly. We stayed on the ground floor so heavy luggages didn't bother us. It is very large, and well equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable. It is an easy walking distance from Antwerp central station but there's tram and metro stop just nearby. There's washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, aircon, fully equipped kitchen. The dining room is large to gather the family on mealtimes. The bed is super comfortable including the sofa bed. This is the best accomodation we had during our Belgium tour as a family and this is a very good value for money. We are very impressed. Fanny and Manu also left us with bottled water on arrival. The owner is also receptive to messages

Absolutely gorgeous apartment with everything you need. Bed was incredibly comfy. 4 mins from tram ride to central attractions or 40 min leisurely walk. 5 mins to a square with great choice of restaurants. Quiet area. The period charm of the property and the excellent (powerful) shower really made our stay extra enjoyable.

Walking in the house (in the stairwell and on the floor above) can be heard quite a bit. Unfortunately a family stayed above me and they were quite noisy.

It is simply indescribable how noble this old apartment is, with spacious room, wonderful furniture and in a perfect location! I have never stayed in such a nice accommodation before!
